      This was our first time using Vacasa. Everything exceeded our expectations. Easy to contact. Easy checkin and checkout.

      Entire process of check in/check out was super easy and felt as if we had our own personal assistant with the text communications. Much better than the traditional front desk process. The unit was very clean and extremely inviting. Everything was perfect and the description of the location was perfectly accurate. We will definitely book again with Vacasa!!

      This property is so beautiful, fun and inviting! The place is perfect for people who have problems with stairs and deep sand. We had such a wonderful time, in the two apartments that we rented, that we booked my parents for trip there in a couple of months to celebrate their 86 & 88 birthdays!

      Got a text on my day of arrival as I'm driving in SW ****** that I needed to email or call to answer security question to get lock box number. I called. I was pointedly told I should have responded to an email I got several days ago to answer security question. Informed her I never got email. Was told I had to send an email to answer security question. Informed her my VRBO reservation made on home desktop, didn't have email access and was driving in remote parts of coast with in and out cell coverage. Asked if I could answer security question on phone. Answer was no; must do via email. I said I couldn't...she said it was the only way. I said fine and goodbye. Called back. Got a pleasant person this time. Told her my situation and she said it wasn't policy but would do on phone. She asked my birthday, I answered and was given lock box code. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????????????? You have some serious problems with personnel and/or policy. Who did first rude person think I was? She called my friggin phone number. She could have asked me my birthday and be done with it. Got to VRBO condo. All good until next morning when I tried to watch the news. Couldn't get Spectrum to come on...asked for password. Called you. Got female that spoke broken english and told her my situation. She was plinking on a keyboard and then told me there was no cable tv in condo. I informed her Spectrum remote used to turn spectrum box on and get specturm on screen asking for password. She insisted there was no cable. I asked if I could speak to her supervisor. She HUNG UP on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called back and could not get thru. Do you block numbers of people who try to get resolution of problems?I have done business with VRBO without Vacasa for years. Hope I can find ways to do it without you again. You have serious customer relations problems with less than helpful personnel.

      Beautiful, clean, and serene. We particularly love sitting on the back porch. The home is well-equipped with necessities. Everything was perfect!

      Our cabin was very clean and cozy. I loved that we just received a door code and there wasnt the need to check in at a desk! DEFINITELY would stay here again
