5 starsI would highly recommend PDX Renovations to anyone who wishes to sell their home quickly without costly updates! After requesting information on their website, I was contacted within a few hours and received a visit and estimate a few days later! It was a very fair offer, saving me the cost of updating my home and the time and expense of a realtor sale. Everyone I met during the process was professional and friendly and all my questions were answered at every step of the process. The folks at **** *************** were also great to work with. I want to thank this company for being ethical, honest, and overall, kind. The owner (***) and his associate (****) came to my house for a walk-thru with the intent to give me a cash offer. At the end, *** told me that it was not in my best interest to sell my house to him and offered multiple additional choices that would protect my investment. I was struck by his integrity and willingness to offer consumer protection. He could have had a gold-mine in my house, but instead told me what was in MY best interest. And! As a bonus, he fixed my garage door opener that had been broken (not working) for 9 months!!! He did it with a smile, happy to help me, and asked for nothing in return. I'm going to take a different route for now, but I feel 100% comfortable providing a 5-star review for this company and will use them in the future if needed. I endorse them fully and will recommend PDX Renovations to my friends and family. Thank you *** and ****!PDX Renovations LLC

I really appreciate you taking the time to write thisand Im grateful we got the chance to meet.
When **** and I came out to your home, we came prepared to make an offer. But once we walked the property and had an honest conversation, it became clear that you were being misled by others about the extent of the mold issue. What some contractors were trying to turn into a huge, expensive problem really wasnt as serious as they made it out to beand I felt it was important you heard the truth.
Thats not always the kind of thing that puts money in our pocketbut thats never been the point. Were not here to convince people to sell when they dont need to. Were here to help the folks who are truly stuck, and when someone doesnt need our help, well always point them in the right directioneven if it costs us a deal.
And as for the garage doorI was glad to help. Its the little things that make a difference sometimes, and if I can fix something in five minutes thats been bothering you for nine months, Im all in.
Thanks again for your trust, your kindness, and your endorsement. If things ever shift or you just want honest guidance again down the road, Ill be here.
