- Paid off my remaining mortgage loan
- Covered my down payment assistance loan entirely
- Cleared a $5,000 judgment I had from an old car loan
- Even paid the sales tax on the house at closing

Had to sell a property due to a death in the family, and had no idea where to begin. *** came in and did everything that was needed. It was a very Straightforward Experience. Had to sell my home due to hospice care. Pdx renovation was extremely quick and a breeze to work with. They are the most compassionate company i have dealt with. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We even got moved out with everything handled earlier than we thought and that was a biggie cause we had to get to *******.
