  I was working through a divorce and **** came to our home walked us through all our options and got us a great offer and closed on our home 2 weeks later! He even is letting us stay in the property for a whole month longer until we get situated in a new place! I am very glad we were able to work with him!

  i had to sell my mom's place- it was a mess- *** Bought it as is and closed on it in 2 weeks. no issues at all- these guys are professionals for sure.

  I needed to move quickly for my job and was stressed because I didn't want 2 mortgages. I explored options with realtors and I knew the process would take longer than I wanted it to. I called PDX Renovations and they gave me a cash offer and closed on my house in 3 weeks. Incredible!

  I do not see how this company ever got any good reviews. I wasted hours of my time on email and attempting to call which is very difficult when you have had your cell service cut off in your entire area when 3G was killed.First I could not get a copy of the contract from them to look it over and that went on for months, then I got a new person to deal with and sent in all my photos and info again but it was all a huge waste of my time.After sending photos and a list of most of the renovations I had done for the SECOND time to the them they obviously looked at the old photos on the internet of what it looked like when I bought it many years ago and not at the current photos.

  We have thoroughly investigated this customers complaints and would like to reach out to her again to resolve the issue. It appears she was working with a former representative starting back in the fall, and was not ready for an offer on her house at that time. This spring, when she was ready, communication was only available over email due to her phone issues and cell service in her area. She wanted a contract and firm price, but was not able to discuss the details of the property with us. We only had pictures and a few emails not enough information to give a an offer that we can stand 100% behind. Unfortunately,right as she requested this offer, the representative left the company and she was transitioned to a new representative. He did ask for pictures again, and he did review them with our lead Sales Manager. We provided a range offer for her quite quickly, but it appears that it was less than she was hoping for. We have not heard from her since but we would like to have a phone conversation with her to discuss the details of the offer and clarify any questions we have about her property that we could not discern from pictures alone. We do not normally recommend home purchase offers through email alone, and require that we have a discussion at least over the phone with the homeowner, to avoid scams and ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients.
