      1/7/2025 I ordered (#*********) women's snow boots for my daughter, to date only a run around from Columbia saying they couldn't do anything about it. I called several times they claim an investigation has been opened. 28 days later still no world from Columbia regarding my order. My credit card has been charged the full amount less shipping as of 1/28/2025 which has left me no alternative but the BBB. I thank you in advance for your attention in this matter.

      On January 22, 2025, I ordered four jackets online from Columbia Sportswear and paid for next-day residential shipping. Upon receiving my order, I found only three jackets in the package. To my dismay, all three jackets were extremely wrinkled and cramped inside the packaging. Additionally, some of the jackets had black stains on them that proved to be difficult to remove. Adding to my frustration, the fourth item, the camel-colored Women's Apres Arson II Winter Long Down Jacket, was missing entirely.I immediately contacted Columbia Sportswear's customer service to address these issues and request either a replacement or a refund for the missing and damaged items. Unfortunately, despite explaining my situation, the customer service agent refused to help, insisting that there was nothing they could do. Furthermore, there was no packing slip included with the order, making the resolution of this issue even more challenging. Given these circumstances, I am requesting further investigation into my order and a refund for the missing camel-colored jacket.

      To say the least, this has been one of the most unprofessional experiences encountered. The last time I bought anything from Columbia was in in about *********; the only reason I shopped at Columbia recently was because my friend took me into an employee store. I even introduced the store to my friends, but I do regret doing all of that after this incident. I escalated to the customer service in early December ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* back to the ***** number. There seems to be a loophole in their reward system due to their standard practice in refunding customers with merchandise credits rather than a gift card, so your reward account will keep going negative with this loophole despite you making purchases. ***** W was the one reaching out to me. I did explain in details about what had happened including sending eReceipts to her as well as detailing logically why I see there is a serious issue going on. However, she went ahead and ignored everything I presented and did not reply to a single email and close the case. The worst part was that she put a call block on my phone number, so that when I call Columbia customer service, it will tell you that the number is not in service. If I used my friend's phone, then the call went through. All I wanted was for Columbia to fix their systematic issue and issue respective rewards from purchases made.I did not reach out through the corporate phone number again and try to escalate because I am afraid that it will be assigned to her again after all the red tapes. Ideally, I wanted to reach out to someone higher up or someone who can logically see and understand this problem. If I reach out to Columbia and this is the result, imagine what will happen if I were to claim their so-called lifetime warranty.

      1. ****** called in to let you know what happened happened. This is a repeat of my experience back in December. No reason has given for any action taken; they just tell me to accept it.

      2. I demand to speak to ***** ******** or the director of operations or *** upper management. I no longer want to deal with low-level customer service personnel that does not use logic in a conversation.

      I placed an online order. When I received a text stating my package was delivered, I checked my email for proof of delivery because there was no package at my door. I contacted the courier, OnTrac, and was told that their files show that my package was delivered. I informed a customer service *** that the proof of delivery photo was not a photo of my home, that the package was delivered to the wrong address. They said they would initiate an investigation and that I should contact Columbia. When I contacted Columbia, I was asked to send them pictures of my front door. I complied. As the pictures show, the package was indeed delivered to the wrong address. Nonetheless, Columbia contacted me yesterday and told me that their investigation was closed because the ****** told them that they delivered my package and there was nothing more they can do because it is not their responsibility once the package has shipped (this statement can be confirmed by the chat transcript I requested). I find their response condescending as one of their emails to me stated that one of their options to resolve this matter was to either refund me or assist me in re-ordering my purchase while honoring the original purchase price. During my third phone call to Columbia, I was told to contact ****** again and that they would initiate another investigation because although I provided pictures, their investigation team closed my case because ****** told them that they delivered the package. I contacted ****** again as requested, and submitted two proof of delivery photos. The first photo shows a proof of delivery photo I received during a recent purchase [In December 2024] to prove what my front door looks like, and a second photo showing that this delivery was delivered to the wrong address. In response, I received an email from ****** stating "Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your seller for further assistance." I called Columbia again, as directed, and received absolutely no help.

      I ordered 3 items 2 items came with no problem my daughters jacket said it was delayed and delivery would be on 11/29 on 11/28 (thanksgiving day) I received notice that my package was delivered I thought it was a mistake and just scanned early I waited a few days and reached out to Columbia I was told a would answers in ***** business days when I got the response it said denied I called back the guy in the phone said delivered on thanksgiving was not possible so he would submit the claim again I received notice that again the claim was denied and I needed to call the company that delivered I did and was told I am the recipient so only the sender can file this claim. I called Columbia and I was told they cant help me. The item is now sold out and I have no refund

      My loyalty rewards expired without notice. I contacted customer service to ask to reinstate, but they declined and referred to a six month cancelation policy. I was just a few days beyond that unclear timeline. The service I received after inquiry marked me as an undervalued customer despite my many years of loyalty. Please make this right.

      I placed an order for three items on Columbia Sportswear website (Order Number: *********), but I only received two items. I contacted customer service, and they said the warehouse shipped all three items, but they are not providing any solution or further assistance.I would like to request a refund of the missing item, as I have not received the complete order. Please assist with resolving this issue.

      Ordered two pair of boots for Christmas gifts on December 18th and received a shipping notification on December 20th. Since then, nothing has happened, the tracking number shows "Awaiting Carrier Pickup". Contacted customer service, they said they would look into it and today I received an email stating my case had been closed. Nothing else said about the order, just a survey and that's it.

      I ordered a package that was never delivered. ************* opened an investigation with the shipping ontrac that took 3 weeks then closed my case without any updates. Still no package and no refund. Based on the image, the package was not delivered to my address yet I was given no help
