      Purchased a Jacket for my girlfriends birthday and paid for rushed shipping. The date listed for delivery was by the 6th of December. This was perfect as her birthday was the ***************. The jacket was $75.00, which was no big deal, but the shipping was $25.00 plus tax. I thought that was a little high, but to get in on the 6th of December I was willing to pay it. On the 6th of December I checked the tracking link provided and saw that the order had not even been processed. I began a chat with their customer care team and got the standard copy and pasted messages about how they feel for me and all that jazz. Since the order had not even been processed I asked to cancel as it would not arrive in time and there was no point for the gift as I was going to have to go buy something else. I was told that there is nothing they can do as the order had progressed to far. I was then told once I receive the order I can get a refund and ship it back. I was in shock they could not cancel it and that I would be out the money for a few more days, but they left me no choice. The item finally processed and a shipping tracking number was provided on December 7th, a full day after the delivery date listed on their site. The item did arrive on the 9th of December, late at night and I waited until the 10th of December to submit the request for return. At first I followed the instructions of the first representative I talked to about asking for a credit on the shipping but the new person I was chatting to told me that is not how Columbia operates and told me he is going to explain it to me. He sent me link to the terms of a purchase to me, which I never saw or would read. I then went and asked for a full refund. I waited forever for a return label and finally got it with a return amount listed. It is just for the $75.00 and not the shipping. I should not be on the hook for over $25.00 in shipping fees because they failed to ship a or process a product in a timely manner.

      Columbia Sportswear Company one of the worse company to order online.Customer Service pointing fingers no resolution no refunds being offer. I paid for 3 Fleece Jacket did not receive the 3rd one contacted them no resolution will not refund. not in their company policy. First time ordering and also my last time.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a package stolen and they refused to help. No one was willing to help me or even listen to me. I will NEVER use them again. I highly recommend everyone avoid using them because if anything happens to your package, they take no responsibility.

      Agree with others. Sizing is off. The most disappointing thing is the fact that not only do they charge for shipping, they charge you again when you return something. Who does that?!

      The quality of a once excellent retailer has left the house! Their merchandise is not the size they say it is. A womans medium shirt is a large if not an extra large. Their ****** fleece jackets are tight in the arms, body is way too loose and the fleece is not quality. I buy on line. 4 weeks to get my order which was not on back order. Very disappointed in their quality. Might as well go with LLBean.

      Terrible customer service. Was given a $8 store credit for a $40 size return. ****** told company policy by ***** the manager of Rehoboth. I was ripped off for $32. Company customer support is useless and non responsive. Will never give Columbia another cent. Removed from customer list and boycotted. The worst retail place ever.

      Customer support is terrible. I did not receive my order and wanted a refund but they would not refund my money as requested. They make you wait 12 business days for the order then an additional 14 business days while they investigate. The customer doesnt care what happened to the order, just wants their money back. I wont order from this company again. Their customer support wont help you.

      Columbia Sportswear Company's warranty department is a joke. I sent in two swimsuits - at my expense - that dramatically faded in 4-5 washes. I am told "caused by customer use" - I was sent to a "Lead Team Member" who said it is "minor fading" - what a joke Columbia is - the swimsuits were faded to the point they were unwearable - but that is "what you should expect" paraphrasing what I was told. I have a closet full of Columbia product (which I have had NO problems) - which I will NOT be adding to. Their company line is to deny obvious warranty claim - AVOID Columbia Sportswear - JOKE!

      Customer no care. Ive been told I would receive a response and have yet to since January. I had a pair of ankle boots w hooks on the top. The loop of one shoestring caught a hook on the other and caused me to lose my balance bc my step was limited and I fell over. My cubicle wall at work prevented me from falling to the ground and potentially breaking a bone. I emailed pics to Columbia ************* and repeated the story to a couple people. The shoes are out of the return time. Ive only asked for a refund or a store credit to get something other than the same shoes. I was assured I would hear back from their corporate office but have yet to. When I went on chat tonight the person said they probably closed the complaint and that is why I am receiving an email saying the box is not monitored.
