      Horrible company. Was promised delivery by a certain date and and my order hasn't even shipped after a week and a half and no one can give me an answer as to what is going on.

      Very frustrated with this company. I love their products and have always felt like their clothing was made with great quality. I ordered a pair of snow bibs for my son and they claimed to have been delivered on January 30th. I looked everywhere and asked neighbors if maybe they received it on accident and they have not turned up. I filed claims with the shipping company and Columbia. Both investigations concluded with them claiming the package was delivered and that was that. No proof of delivery on their end and Im out money because they say there is nothing they can do about it except have me order again. Yeah, I think Ill cut my loses and not risk losing more money and a false delivery again.

      I did an order over $100 plus dollars they claimed it was delivered never received it. Made a complaint about it got a rude response and threatened I would never get my money back and I better stop calling about it. So either the delivery person kept it,stolen or never delivered. Then to keep my money is absurd. F*** Columbia. I wish I could give them no stars

      Guess I should have read these reviews BEFORE I placed my order on January 17. I visited a local factory store but was unable to find my size. The sales person suggested I check the website. I found what I wanted in my size and placed the order on January 17. (Note: I have owned at least five Columbia jackets in the past and was always pleased with the product). I signed up for tracking updates but never received ANY! Yesterday I went online to check the status and was incensed to find that the item hasn't even shipped yet!! I bought this item with plenty of lead time for an upcoming ski trip. So, a "label has been created" which I have learned means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! When I called yesterday and spoke with two different representatives (the first person put me on hold for 18 minutes and never came back to the call). I was informed that until 12 days have passed, there is no action they can take. Just to clarify ... Columbia has MY MONEY but can't assist me in locating the package?? Really?? How lame is that? Now I have no coat for my ski trip and I'm out almost $200. In what universe is this acceptable?

      I purchased two sweaters and have yet to receive them as of Jan 25th. I noticed the price has dropped since then and I called to get a price adjustment since I have not even received the items. I spoke with customer as well as someone in leadership (*****) as well as management (****), and no one would like to assist me in this situation. They told me I could return the items, but then I have to pay shipping which defeats the purpose of getting a price adjustment. **** and ***** did nothing to make this situation any better. Any other retailer does price adjustments on items yet to be received, even TEMU! This is an American Brand I will no longer support as their customer service is non existent. Go with Arctix if you need ski gearbig brand names are no better than those other less spoken about brands. What a shame the greed this company has with its customersnothing to be admired. A company full of policies that are geared towards promoting GREED!

      They are engaged in fraud. When you make a purchase online, they send you a tracker. And one day they send you a letter that the package has been delivered. Look for the parcel yourself. So the tracker is not tracked. The tracker starts from 2022 and at the end is the last point that the package was delivered. Is it 2022 now? That's right, it's ****. I contacted the carrier; they do not have such a tracker. I read reviews on other sites and found out that this is their standard fraudulent scheme. There are a lot of victims. There is also a scheme for returning goods. ****** returned the goods, but did not receive their money back.

      Terrible service - I'll never again order from them.I purchased a down coat and paid extra for rush shipping. It was a week ago yesterday and the status still shows they have not yet packed/ shipoed the coat .Their customer service offers no insight.An item is purchased as a "Rush" because it is needed fast. I'll never again purchase from them.

      I shop more with Columbia than any other althletic clothing brand and Im generally happy with quality and size, but their website and online sales process is atrocious. I placed an order on 1/12, its now a full week later with no shipping notice. Tried chatting online and got the runaround. They rarely carry XS in store so I have no choice but to shop online, but I feel like Im being punished by having to wait over a week every single time I shop with them.

      There is no customer service at ********************. Sure, they have nice people answering the phones, but their hands are tied by restrictive and unfair policies put into place by the corporate elite at Columbia. If you order product from Columbia.com and it is stolen, you, the paying customer, gets to eat the cost of that ************************ product. It could be that the company that Columbia hired to deliver the goods never got the product to you, or it could be that they did and left it in full view of a nearby busy sidewalk, instead of hiding it a foot away where it would have been safe, but either way, you paying customer of **********************, have been chose by the corporate elites at Columbia, to take the loss. Not the inept delivery service hired by Columbia Sportswear or Columbia Sportswear itself. THANKS COLUMBIA. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM COLUMBIA. I hope you do the same. Buy local and avoid this corporate greed nonsense.
