      I went into the Columbia store in the Tanger outlet in ********* ******** to buy several items for Christmas gifts. After being stuck behind a woman for about ten minutes I asked the worker standing around if he could open a register to which his reply was you'll have to wait. After waiting for another few minutes I decided to leave, as I was heading out a worker smirked at me. I asked him where the manager was and he replied that he was the manager. He couldn't bother to help me and continued to smirk at me. Customer service couldn't care less either. They have now lost. a customer for life. Terrible

      Would give them zero stars if could. The customer service is horrible and does nothing to help. I was having trouble placing an order online and could not get the order to go through. So I restarted the computer and accidently ordered the wrong size when it rebooted. I called within 5 mins of placing the order thinking this would be an easy fix to change my size but both the customer service person and the manager ***** said they have no way to fix it and that the orders won't go out for a few days/week and for me to mail it back. It's an easy problem for most companies to fix and won't go back to these guys. ***** encouraged me to complain saying it might help them get a better computer system that can handle these problems. Such an easy problem turned into a month ordeal of mailing back and forth

      Within literally 1 minute of realizing the wrong size was ordered, I contacted Columbia. Was told no modification or cancelation of orders and I would have to pay for the return. Was told I should have reviewed the order more carefully.

      I placed an order to an old address and within ten minutes contacted customer service to change the address. I was told they cant cancel or change the address. They told me to try to contact the delivery service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

      Like quite a few other reviewers, I am struggling to get a response regarding a missing package. **** marked the package as delivered although I have not received it, but can give me no proof. I informed Columbia who promised to provide follow up within 3 days. It's been over a week and I have reached out to them twice more with no response. Trying to work with **** is also a headache. I recommend avoiding this business.

      After 2 phone calls and over a hour on hold I proved they sent me the wrong size before I was put on hold they said they had the exact same items in the right size by the time I got to the the part to reorder the items they said they sold out I don't recommend buying from them as I never will

      I ordered a jacket on October 17. I received shipping notification and tracking on the 18th. It is now nearly a month later and still no package or refund. Their customer service policies are written with the thought that the majority of customers are dishonest! I have chatted and called at least three times. First your told the package must have missed scans and to wait thirteen business days. You call back then your told an investigation with the carrier needs to be opened and you will be contacted within three days for an update, NO response. I call again and am told I have to wait thirteen business days again then I will have update on product or refund. That puts this into December before resolution unless pushed out further. The carrier STILL shows awaiting package and that pre shipment label was created. I have purchased products routinely from Columbia via online stores or in person. After this experience I would not recommend at all!

      Would prefer to give it a ZERO star rating. I ordered winter coats a month ago, but they never arrived. Despite several phone calls and "reassurances" that the problem is being looked into, nothing has happened. They refuse to refund me. They refuse to reship the items (I use the word "reship" loosely. The coats were never sent to the shipping company). I was supposed to get regular updates, but never heard anything. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I have been buying Columbia products (via other online stores and in-person) for years, but never again.

      These guys stink. Had a product failure and messed around with these guys for days seeking help. Finally, they come back with ship it to them (with me paying) and wait 4-6 weeks for resolution. I will use the money I would have spent toward a new product from different brand.UNBELIEVABLE. These guys dont understand customer satisfaction!
