    Do NOT use this company!!! When you place an order you wont ever know when your order is getting delivered. It takes forever for them to fulfill an order and if you call to get details on when it will be shipped, they will have no idea. It leaves you waiting and wondering if your pet will have their food on time. Spoke with a ******* on chat who gave me zero answers and was rude. Stay away from this company!!! They take your money but good luck getting answers from them or a timely delivery!

    I would give this place a zero if I could.I ordered from VetSource through a vet clinic that saw my dog once. Apparently, any pharmaceutical order is set as Autoship. Didn't find this out until it was too late to cancel. It was definitely not my choice to Autoship. They also had set to Autoship a parmaceutical order the clinic said had too much paperwork to authorize.

    What a ***** organization. I take my cat into the Vet because she had rubbed her face raw and I came home to see my cat with her own blood all over her face. I take her into the ************ shes had bad allergies for a long time now, but clawing her face that badly Ive never seen. The Vet prescribed 2 different medications to get her allergies under control. I thought since my Vet uses Vetsource I thought it would be easier. I took her into on 11/20, so over a week until the Thanksgiving holiday. For some bizarre reason they decided to change shipping Providers mid-ship. Who does that? Of course its going to get messed up when you do that. I email the *********** saying Im seeing **** that they are awaiting shipment from the other shipping provider. A very helpful tech calls over to Vetsource for me to find out what was going on, thats how I learned about someones bright idea of changing shipping Providers mid-ship; but the *** says, Oh it got messed up because of the holiday. Umm the holiday didnt help, but dont you think it has more to do with messing with the shipping? Since my cat was so uncomfortable my Vet gave me hard copies of the prescriptions she needed and went to CVS. Now I paid $32 and some change at CVS plus $85 I paid to Vetsource for the shipment that is supposed to arrive on 12/3, so almost 2 weeks later. I sent them an email and said since you like messing with shipping, so why dont you go in and ship it back to Vetsource and give me a refund? 1st and last time Ill ever use this company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

    They use ***** and the cans are always dented. This time, 8 cans were completely crushed, not even able to open them. Their response, refunded the cans and I could order another 24 cans for $115, but they would give a discount. Oh, ok so now I am 8 short, but since I have buckets of money lying around let me just order another 100 dollars of cans. Another suggestion that lead ***** gave is that I can call *****, in my spare time, and complain to them. Nope, there are to many other pet sources that carry this food. Shame on you vetsource, just shame.

    Frauds! I see I join many with lousy reviews onI see I join many with lousy reviews on this fraudulent company I've already used them several times but I went in today to order. according to their website, most of the food options i was looking for (prescription) have a banner at the top that says SALE with auto ship. I clicked all the right things but the the price woud revert back to regular price After three people on the phone, they tell me that it is only able to be used on a first time autoship order...I said where does it say that? I finally get directed to the very bottom of the page that says, in small letters, Promotions Then I have to click to open. Who, when ordering, would someone scroll to the bottom of the page to find that? Bait and Switch on the prices. Some could have just completed their order and not paid close attention NOWHERE does it say there are only for first time autoship customers Fraud, Liars, Bait and switch, false advertising, add any more you can think of...should be illegal One time on hold, I opened Chewy and on the item when you click on an itemit says in big red letter and numbers describing the limitations This review does not even begin to touch how angry I am at their fraudulent site. I will never use them again

    It took four months for Vetsource to finally get my dog's food in stock. This company has a no cancellation, no return policy, so beware of using this company or setting up an autoship. Their customer service representatives are not helpful. I will only be using Chewy in the future for its generous and flexible return policy.

    I experienced issues with Autoship. I cancelled the order and they still sent it out. Made multiple emails and phone calls. Said it was already processed when I received the email that it was sent. My credit card was expired but somehow they still used it. My dog cant use these meds, so now Im stuck with over $300 worth of medication. I would never use Vetsource again. Unfortunately they have no customer service which is on there sight for any issues.

    I placed an order for apoquel. I even paid $20 for the next business day. I called to check on the status and was told the vca office haven't approved it yet. They rep on the phone sent them a email to approve the order, vca cancelled that order. Gave me a refund for the $20 fee and shipped it regularly to the wrong address. I then had to pay for the apoquel at the vca so my dog ****** wouldnt be uncomfortable. It is now 5 days later and no refund for the $83.07. So they basically stole my money. This is horrible customer service. I'm Temicular Brown. ******************** and VCA are thieves, VCA made a big mistake and either parties are trying to correct it. They just don't care at all about the pets or the pet parent.

    This company is a prime example of why laws are being put in place to make it illegal to have hidden fees and extra charges added after purchase has been made. My bill had .06 cents added as tax. On medicine?! And .69 cents added as shipping. On advertised as free shipping? Not a lot but its on principle. Sneaky little fees. They said oh thats for fuel costs. What?. If its fuel I am a fool. I wish I had looked at these reviews first. I am posting my receipt (I cancelled the order) on every media known. This company should be fined heavily and put out of business.

    i paid in full for my order, and now my credit card is being charged AGAIN as each item individually ships out. why do they have my credit card information stored? i checked out as a guest, never shopped with them before and never will again. wish i checked the reviews before ordering from them, now im worried ill never get my order at all
