They are horrible. I called in plenty of time to cancel an order I placed with then. It was in fulfillment. No label created not shipped. They refused to cancel the order because they had no way to contact their shipping company and many lies about emails sent etc. If they offered me free stuff I would decline this. STAY AWAY from vetsourse.com
