    I used this company for the first time and made a $375 order for a years worth of medication. They shipped my order to the wrong address (one I havent lived at in over 2 years and know I didnt enter into any of the address fields). I called asking where my order was because I stopped receiving tracking updates and they said delivery was attempted but couldn't be completed so the post office either destroy it or it was sent back to VetSource. ******* then told me that if VetSource received it they would also destroy it rather than re-sending perfectly good medication. They offered no refund, replacement, or credit. They are professional scam artists with no desire to help people or their pets. I will be sure to tell everyone within earshot that this company is absolutely garbage and lacks any empathy or human decency.

    I experienced the same issues with Autoship. I cancelled the order and they still sent it out. I went back and forth with them via email and ultimately they said sorry we cant accept returns. My dog cant use the topical meds, so Im stuck with over $100 worth of meds I cant use. I went through AMEX and they did a dispute. Unfortunately they believed Vetsource and wont issue me a refund. I would never use Vetsource again. Their shipping is super slow a well. Too bad I cant give them 0 stars.

    This company has terrible customer service! They shipped my order to the wrong address and theyre now refusing to give me a refund for my $110 order. I suggested an account credit so I could place a new order and they also refuse that! Basically, they stole my money! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

    Up until now, Ive never had an issue with vetsource. But I moved to a new address. I was expecting a trio tablet for my puppy. On 8/22 I received an email that the prescription was going to be shipped out 8/29 so I followed the link in the email that said to make changes to this delivery follow here before 8/27. Which I did. And expected it to come to the new address. However I get a notification that its going to my sisters address which is my old address. Not thinking nothing of it. My sister tells me its delivered. So for days ** going to her mailbox to check and nothing is there. I finally call vet source and the lady tells me that the post office disposed of her prescription because I didnt have package forwarding. Im explaining to her that they sent it to the wrong address because I updated the address and have proof in email form. She then claims that because I didnt update the address in time they cant offer a refund or replacement. And I again tell her that I did change the address and have proof. But apparently because I didnt call them after I used the link to update my address to tell them it was the wrong address that it didnt get changed in time. I call BS!! Nowhere in the email does it say I have to call them after following the link to update the delivery address. So now Im forced to pay for additional Simparica trio after paying for one they screwed the shipping up on and trying to make it out to be my fault.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Scam artists. I would give less than one star if I could. Initially, I was charged twice. Fortunately, I used PayPal and was able to cancel the double charge, or I would have been stuck with $238.00 charge, and no product. I called the customer service number and got someone to agree to refund my money. Lets see if that actually happens

    I gave it 5 BUSINESS days before checking in on my order that never shipped. I called on the 5th BUSINESS day and was told there were no issues with my order and that Id still receive it within the 4-8 business days as promised. The order did not ship that day (Friday) so today (Monday) I email again to check on the order and they cancel it and tell me that Royal Canin currently does not have this food. WHY did it take over a week to determine that they did not have an item? And why was I told that there were no issues with the order and that I would still receive it??? This is a prescription dog food and was the ONLY food my vet could find that *** work for my dog who is allergic to almost everything. $100 for a 15lb bag and this is the service you are provided.

    Misleading and deceptive posted prices. AutoShip price for product is shown as being less money than single purchase price. I was charged the single purchase price for my AutoShip and called to ask why - **************** says that the discount is only on your first AutoShip order, yet the product page shows AutoShip at a lower price, and even their AutoShip Cancellation page states that AutoShip pricing is lower. All other companies offer lower pricing for AutoShip, but Vet Source posts one thing and does another. Classic bait and switch.

    If I could do 0 stars, I would. I have the same complaint as most people below. My pups meds were lost in transit, confirmed by the carrier ******* I replied to the shipment notification email 5 days after they were supposed to be delivered. I was sure to attach the screenshot from ***** I did not receive any response except for an automated message. I called them the next day and they advised that they had an arbitrary but mandatory 8 days that they needed to wait before they would reship. They advised me to call them back 2 days later which would be a Saturday. I dont understand why they are unable to reship and settle with the carrier which has confirmed the package is lost. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription.

    I think this company's laughable 1 star average rating speaks for itself, but I will add my complaint. My Vet asked if I would be willing to try this out instead of Chewy (which I have used for years with no issues). I decided to give it a go and, unfortunately, Vetsource has made a total mess of something that should be very simple. First of all, they choose to utilize terrible carriers like DHL where you parcel is destined to be lost or misdelivered. In my case, DHL handed off my parcel to **** who then claimed "delivery failed." I called Vetsource for a resolution because my order is now 6 days late (4 business days due to the holiday weekend). They informed me they could not issue a replacement nor a refund because I was calling them 1 business day too soon. I would have to call back on Monday to submit my request. This is after the representative confirms she reviewed the tracking information and can see the package is clearly lost. I don't know what causes them to be greedy and make you jump through hoops for a justified resolution, but I will never take my business here again. Chewy will continue to get my consistent business with autoship.
