    We've had out vet update address info AND payment information 5 times now and somehow these guys keep sending to the wrong address and now no matter how many times we update payment info, continues to use a card we no longer have and is declined every time. Our vet who recommended having them order through vetsource for our dogs now has no idea what's going on and can't seem to fix the problem and is telling us to go though someone else. Absolute garbage!

    I placed an order through VetSource on December 18th 2022 and received one of two of my items on December 22 2022. I was displeased with the amount of time that it was taking to finally ship the second item as it hadn't even shipped as of the morning of December 23th 2022 and I contacted an associate at VetSource with my dissatisfaction. I told the lady that I wanted to cancel the order and that I would not be doing business with them anymore. That was in the morning around 9:45 am. Around 5 hours later at around 3:30 pm I received a shipping status for that item. So, not Only did they fail to ship the item in a timely manner, they Also failed to cancel my order. Poor business on their part to say the least.

    GARBAGE!!! My medicine for my dog hasn't moved in a week - it literally says delayed on the tracking and is apparently lost - but they won't send me another one or refund me because it hasn't been the full 8 days. It will be 8 days TOMORROW - it's not coming but to them that doesn't matter. IT IS CLEARLY LOST!!! When I chat with them and tell them my issue they feed me the same c*** about having to wait the full 8 business days. I paid $80 for this medicine to taking an $80 loss is NOT okay with me! I will NEVER use them again - I don't care if my vet uses them or not I will go to Chewy who I KNOW will deliver my stuff on time, even if I have to pay a fee to my vet.

    I ordered pain medication for my dog on the 4th of the month. It is now the 10th. Tracking says delivery on 12th. It is PAIN MEDICATION! I will never use this company again and I reamed out my Vet and literally brought her to tears for recommending Vetsource. She wrote me a new scrip and I ordered from Chewy on the 8th - they showed up this morning. Use Chewy and you will get your meds in 2 days.

    I ordered my dogs heart worm medication through them and it is still waiting approval. It is supposed to be approved within two days but hasnt been. I still have not received my dogs medication and it was ordered through Petco on August 20th. Never again.

    Still waiting for my product to be delivered. Has been over 2.5 months in fulfillment. Have called, emailed, chatted and yet they cant seem to fill the order. Run from this company. Not sure how they stay in business.

    Tried to make an unauthorized charge to my card, fortunately the funds weren't there at the time, thank goodness. I will never use this company again.

    I think they are liars and I also think that they are thieves. From the time that I started getting the flea and tick medication from them every single month they went up till now they are $11 over the price you can purchase it at the vets office. Why would anyone do that? Especially in a time like now! Come on m!! I am returning what I just purchased Im not even excepting it it is going to immediately back! I canceled everything with them today and I will never ever again ever use that source

It sounds like your flea and tick medication was set up on RemindMe, an option that charges you only for each single dose sent monthly, to help make sure your pet gets their monthly medication on time. You can always choose to change to a 6-month or 12-month package, which is a larger charge but provides all doses at once.     I've been reading the reviews on this company. All bad. If BBB is a true company they need to shut this place down. My order was canceled after many attempts to locate my order. No need to say more. They have bad service ethics and I will no longer try and use them. My vet gave me a couple for my dogs birthday. I gave them a Try. Never again. The vets need to get a new service. I'll go to stock shop or chewing for my dogs needs. I receive my products in 2 days. Most of all the reps other than 1 are robots. They read from script. Sad.

    Very unforgiving refund return policies. Tracking said *** would deliver my order on Monday but it went to the post office and was destroyed. **** said vetsource wont allow them to make returns if anything is wrong with address/package. Vetsource wouldnt issue a refund or replacement. If my vet didnt use them I would never use again.

Additionally, federal law prohibits returns on any prescription medication, which is why **** was unable to return the package.
