On August 25, 2024, at 7:03 am, I placed an order with Dennis Uniform for (2) uniform pieces. I paid at the time of placing my order, and as of today, I still have not received my order or had any communications regarding my order from Dennis Uniforms. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am a single parent, and I simply cannot afford to throw money away. My order is showing on their website as unfulfilled. The status stops at "Order Placed." My order never shipped or anything, yet I have not received a refund. I would like a full refund for this order.Initial Complaint

On July 11, 2024 I purchased school uniforms online from Dennis Uniform. The total was $71.49. Over the next two months I received a series of emails from Dennis Uniform stating that they were so sorry about the delay of my shipment and that they wanted to do whatever was necessary to make it right. Two months later my shipment finally arrived. Their clothing ran small and the uniform did not fit my daughter. When I contacted Dennis Uniform through their website about returning the items for a larger size the company told me that their policy is that they do not allow exchanges or refunds so long after the purchase is made even though I had JUST RECEIVED THE PURCHASE. This is super scammy! Dennis Uniform is holding onto customers purchases long enough to where they do not have to accept returns. I spoke to my credit card company and they said that they cannot help me because I do not have documentation from Dennis Uniform stating that Dennis Uniform owes me money or an exchange. I have attempted to continue a conversation with Dennis Uniform through their online customer service portal to get them to allow me to exchange the items but have not heard back. I have tried calling them many times and no one has ever answered the phone.Initial Complaint

On or about June 1, 2024, I placed an order for school uniforms on the Dennis Uniforms website. I paid $238.52 for the whole order. The skirt never arrived and now I cannot get a hold of anyone at this business. I received an email stating that Dennis Uniform is in receivership. I placed an order for two long sleeve white uniform shirts and four short sleeve uniform shirts on September 3rd, 2024 (order total $206.67). On September 7th, 2024 I recieved the two long sleeve shirts ($63.90). I have not received the remaining four short sleeve shirts from the company. I sent a follow up email on October 16th inquiring about the status of the remaining shirts but did not hear back. I sent another email on February 10th, 2025 and have still not heard back. The links on their website are not working and ther e is no number listed to call for help. I was charged the entire $206.67 on September 3rd but still do not have the remaining items. I don't care to recieve the outstanding items as they likely no longer fit my son at this time, but would like a refund for the items I did not receive.Initial Complaint

I purchased a uniform in October 2024, they claim it takes 4 weeks to ship items. After 4 weeks my status remained the same “unfulfilled” on their website in my account profile. I tried contacting the by customer service repeatedly and no one responds. Every time I call; you can not get anyone on the phone. I am going to the store tomorrow in person to speak with someone if possible. They are clearing ripping people off. I placed two orders for school uniforms for my children. Each order was only partially fulfilled. On September 19, 2024 I paid $87.22 for two dresses. Only one has been shipped as of 1/2/25. The dress for $38.70 has not been fulfilled. On Oct 2, 2024 I ordered shirts and dresses. The long sleeved shirt for $31.90 has not been fulfilled.Initial Complaint

Order placed for 2 green sweatshirts on October 13th. Since then, we have been informed through our school (as dennish uniform was their only uniform provider) that Dennis uniform has gone out of business. There is no way of contacting them. Every number I call results in a busy signal or disconnected. I will take the products I ordered or the money returned. Thank you for help in this matter.
