      My order# **********. For my sons school uniforms Placed on July 5, 2022 has not been received. The company stated it would be ready by September. I was very patient. And now October and nothing. I also placed another order for school gym shorts order # **********. Placed on August 21. I tried calling the corporate number. It is NON-working number. This is unacceptable for any business. The store cannot help you because it was placed online, and when you email you get an automatic email turn wait a week or to get an email back from someone. Stating they cant do anything. If I want a refund. These are school uniforms that my son NEEDS for school. I am highly dissatisfied. This company needs and must do better. They have horrible customer service and you cannot get in touch with anyone. I want this resolved. I want the items I purchased. I want to job finished and my items delivered.

      Monday, July 11, 2022, I placed an order for a wine colored uniform dress and a grey colored uniform dress. I paid ***** for the two. The wine dress shipped and was received July 15th. They emailed the grey one was shipped, however gave no tracking number. Today is July 25th and I still have no grey dress. They will not return emails. I have emailed 5 times asking for a refund or the dress to no avail. My order number is **********
