      On 10/16/2024 I placed an order with Dennis uniforms. The order was for 1 sweater, 2 sweatshirts, 2 sweatpants and 6 uniform pants. The total cost for the order was $426.46. The order number is ***********. I am unable to get ahold of Dennis uniforms through email or phone. I have not received my order. I do not know what to do about getting my refund or getting my product.

      Hi, I placed an order with Dennis uniforms (order #***********) on October 4, 2024. I have been charged for all items in the order but have only received 1/3 items. I am missing the 1/4 zip pullover sweatshirt for $33.90 and the 1/4 zip mock neck micro fleece pullover for $39.90. The items for this order in my account on their site are listed as unfulfilled. I was informed by my son’s school that they have gone out of business. I emailed them for a refund after a call that resulted in me sitting on hold indefinitely on 11/19/24. They have not responded to my email and I attempted to call them again today and the number doesn’t appear to be working anymore. I have not received the items I paid for and would like my money back.

      Uniform items were purchased in 07/2024 in store paid in cash. Items were out of stock and we were told that the items would ship to us in 4-6 weeks. Received one skirt 6 weeks later and it was not the size ordered. Since we paid in cash they left a credit on our account because the employee said they could not give cash refunds. Never received anything from the order. I want a full refund for the $214.35 paid.

      I ordered a school hoodie on May 31, 2024, and have been waiting for it because it was back-ordered. Finally, it arrived and was sitting in the warehouse waiting for the lettering to be stitched on. Now that they have closed, I have no way to find out whether the stitching was done and if it will be shipped, or if I can even get my money back.

      On June 28 2024 I ordered online 2 school uniform polo dresses and paid for them. I never recieved them. I then went into the store on July 12,2024 and ordered another uniform shirt yellow polo shirt and I have never received that either. I also inquired about the previous order on this day as well. I have reached out to them in store and called customer service and still nothing. I reached out to the store manager many times starting September 10 and then again on Oct 9 and was told she would look into it and let me know when she found out anything never heard anything back. I was then informed on Oct 29 that the business was no longer in business and was closed with no one to contact. I reached out to manager that day oct 29 and asked what I needed to do for a refund and no response.

      I placed an order for school uniforms on June 29, 2024. I received 4 out of 5 purchased items and was told the 5th item was on back order. On September 9, 2024 I received a message apologizing for the delay but reassuring me that my order would be fulfilled. On November 4, 2024 I received a message from my daughter's school saying that Dennis Uniform would be closing their doors and not fulfilling any missing orders.

      I placed an order with this company on October 13, 2024 later to understand that they suddenly went out of business and I see they took the money promptly from my credit card and when I’ve tried to email to see where my order was I understood from other classmates said they went out of business and are unreachable. I would very much prefer to get a refund of the money they took from my account and not have to go through our legal system to file lawsuit in order to obtain my refund

      Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Dennis Uniforms regarding an online order I placed on June 28, 2024. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I have yet to receive my order or any acceptable resolution from the company. After months of delays and lack of communication, I was issued a $25 gift card in October as a gesture of goodwill and was assured that the item was back in stock. However, it is now November, and I still have not received the item. This continued lack of fulfillment and unkept promises is unacceptable. I have contacted the merchant numerous times via email and phone in an effort to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, these efforts have been met with either unhelpful responses or complete silence. As a result, I was forced to submit a fraud claim with my bank. This experience has not only been frustrating but has also disrupted my daughter’s school preparation, as the order was intended for her use and the only company I know of that carries this uniform. I am sharing this complaint to prevent other customers from experiencing the same lack of accountability and poor service. Attached, you will find copies of email correspondence documenting my attempts to resolve this issue. Please note that these do not include the numerous phone calls I made in my effort to seek resolution. I respectfully request that the BBB investigate this matter and hold the merchant accountable for their actions. Thank you for your attention to this complaint.       Dennis uniforms problem: I placed an order 8-11-2024 for two polo shirts for school, I never got the order, I emailed them three times to ask about it. I found out by accident that they closed their stores, and the website was listed as temporarily unavailable. They closed 10/11/2024 which is more than 2 months after my order, they could have refunded me that amount way before they closed, or fulfilled order, I gave them both options. I am so upset, and now I want my money back. Unacceptable. My order was back in August, way before they closed.

      I ordered and paid for school uniforms that were not received for several months and now the business is closed. They never issued a refund either. I paid ******
