      Continual problems of not revising items ordered, receiving items of other brands (not what was ordered and paid for). It takes the company months to refund orders they cannot fill, then they refund minus shipping charges and restock fees(for something I never received).

      I ordered my daughters uniform online on July 10 it is now August 11 and the only thing theyve shipped is a skirt still missing 4 polos a skirt and a cardigan . Mind you my daughter starts school on August 16 . I called them and the automated service literally said we have no one to answer the phones right now. Ive emailed them twice with no answer . Unfortunately this is the only place I could purchase my daughters uniform. I went to ******************** Dennis store and they had nothing there . I just want to know what is going on with my order if its even coming at all . They need to offer a refund to all if they can not fulfill peoples orders . Im just appalled at how their getting away with delivering terrible service to their customers and lying about their customer service. I now have to send my daughter to her 1st day of school without a uniform!!

      I ordered a bunch of items for my daughters uniform from the required vendor, Dennis Uniforms. My order was placed online and arrived in 2 separate shipments. The first shipment included 2 short sleeve blouses which I bought new but have visible stains all over them. The second part of my order was supposed to include the remaining items but is missing three pairs of knee socks. I sent an email on 7/31 regarding the first part of my shipment with the stained blouses. 9 days later I have received no response from the company. I tried to call them several times but their customer service line states no one is available and to try again later then it hangs up. I am beyond frustrated with this company and I wish I did not have to do business with them at all but I dont have a choice. I would really like a resolution to my 2 issues above before school starts.

      I ordered from the company website (order #: **********) and the order is marked as delivered, however an incomplete order was received. I have been unable to reach the company's **************** through email, phone, or online chat. I am requesting a refund of $26 for the missing item.

      On July 5, 2023, I placed an order on Dennis uniform website. My order number was ********** and included a pair of socks, skirt, top and sweatpants. On July 24th I received in the mail a small package from Dennis uniforms that only had socks. I then received an email that the socks, skirt and shirt were delivered. I immediately called Dennis uniform and spoke to ****** who said he would have a manager look into it. He also pulled an email I sent regarding the issue. No one has called me back. I have called again twice on July 31 and spoke to ****** again and *****. I was told at 10:44 am I would receive a call from managers **** and *****. I also sent an email prior to the call on July 31,2023. I have been calling to ask for updates from a manager with no information or surety that my items have shipped. No one is calling me back. I have been told that another placement order was sent with no information or expediting information about the items I paid for. I need resolution on why I was told my items delivered and no status on when I am to receive the items. I also have ring footage from July 24th of the sock being delivered in a small bag.

      Dennis Uniforms is a provider of uniforms to one of the schools in ********. I went to their physical store to ensure the correct size prior to making an online order because the stock was low at the store and it was recommended that I order it online. I order the 2 shirts, 2 shorts, 1 pants, 1 sweatshirt, and 1 belt. I received the 1 shorts (navy) in a separate shipping order and 1 shorts(khaki)/pants(khaki)/sweatshirt/belt in another.The sizes of the shorts ordered were supposed to be exactly the same. However, there was clear difference between the navy and khaki shorts. The Navy shorts were smaller in waist and length even though the label showed the same size as the Khaki shorts (B4S). The Khaki shorts and pants were exactly the same. I spoke their customer representative about difference in the shorts and showed that pictures that clearly proved the size and length difference. The rep said that it was because the Navy shorts were "substituted" because the manufacture's supply chain issues. I planned on returning the Navy shorts and ordering another Khaki shorts instead; however, the price in this "equal" exchange was not even. The company refused to admit that it was their error and said it was lucky for them to find something similar. If there was a "substitution" then the company should have made it clear on their website that the size/fit will not be same. It would warn their buyers that if they order two items in different colors, then the size/fit can be different because this "substitution." For unfortunate customers like me, who ordered two items with different colors, I now have to pay more to fix their mistake. I don't think it should be fault on the customer, who go out of their way to ensure the correct sizing prior to making the purchase, that they get the response of "you're lucky we found something similar."

      Purchased 2 pairs of sweatpants and 2 sweatshirts from Dennis Uniform online on January 5, 2023, Order **********. I have received the sweatpants. It is now April 26, 2023, and I do not have my sweatshirts. I have sent multiple emails and attempted to call but the only response I receive is something along the lines of Email from February 23, 2023 "We understand your order is delayed and would like to apologize for the extended wait time as we finalize the operations of our main distribution center at a new, larger, centrally located facility in **********, *****. We are fulfilling orders now and expect to be at full capacity soon. You will receive an email notification once your order ships. Thank you for your understanding we appreciate your continued patience."I contacted them again this week and they still don't know when my sweatshirts will ship. Dennis Uniform is the only approved seller of apparel for my kids' school. I cannot buy sweatshirts anywhere else or I would have requested a refund and done so months ago. I would like Dennis Uniform to at the very least offer a discount on future purchases and/or refund my money and ship me my products.

      Placed order Jan 3, 2003 based on web site representation of 2 week delivery time. Received 1 of 4 items on Jan 24, 23 after phone calls and emails. Called back server time spoke with ****** at customer service. Was told that it would ship in 4 days. Feb 14, 2023 and still have not received. Sent email today asking to cancel my order. Worst customer service ever. Took my money and did not deliver merchandise. I expect a refund for items not received and a call back or email to confirm.

      I received an order ***********) from Dennis Uniform placed on 10/22/22 in which 2 out of the 3 items were incorrect. I ordered 3 Long Sleeve Pique Polos ******************** ************* logo) in size 3T-4T item 08700CK11067TD3 and 2 of them which I received were actually a 2T-3T and labeled incorrectly. Dennis originally responded on 10/27 after I contacted the customer service email on 10/26 saying that they made a mistake based on the pictures I sent them and were busy getting a replacement order ready and would send me a return shipment label for my incorrect items. It has been over a month since then with NO response from them. They are quick to send out an original order but have no rush to fix a MISTAKE they made. I have emailed them twice to try to find out when a replacement would be expected and called the customer service line with NO response. For the expensive price of the shirts, they LACK in customer service. I would like the two replacement shirts to be sent or my money for them and shipping costs to be refunded.I have included the original correspondence via email with them.

      We purchased Uniforms for my son and daughter on 07/11/22 who goes to ****************************** school in **. A cardigan was ordered for my daughter which was supposed to be shipped to our residence. When it finally received in September, we found that a wrong school cardigan is shipped to us. It was for WATERSIDE SCHOOL. We immediately called Dennis uniform customer service but they were closed and it was weekday within business hours. We made multiple calls over different days and every time either they ask us to leave phone number to have callback (automated response) or they were closed. I sent an email on 09/27/22 explaining the situation but haven't received a response yet and this its mid October now. I cannot get a hold of a person to talk to and resolve this issue, all i want to do is exchange this cardigan for correct school. Plus their clothes gets pills all over which is shame because these uniforms aren't cheap. And for these overpriced clothes(uniforms) to get bad that quick is awful. If i have option to buy the uniforms from elsewhere with better quality, i wouldn't even think twice about switching.
