We are so impressed with the installation of our walk-in shower; this company delivered everything the salesman promised and more. There was small need of drywall; Pacific Bath recognized this and contacted us to arrange a most professional drywaller who came in immediately and polished off for the nicest result.

When you chose to go with Pacific Bath to assist you with your bathroom upgrade, we made a promise to you that we would be your partner with this project. As your partner, we committed to doing everything we could for you having a beautiful walk-in shower upon completion of the project. Sometimes, this requires assisting in getting other professionals, like the drywall professional, to also assist with the completion of the project. This company started calling me out of the blue and won't stop calling and I now have two of their locations calling me-the numbers are blocked but they keep calling?Pacific Bath

At Pacific Bath, as part of process for gathering leads, we use third-party marketing companies who gather and provides us information received from individuals who might be interested in our products. These individuals have responded to marketing efforts of these third-party vendors versus responding to Pacific Baths internal marketing efforts. We received your information from one of these third-party marketing companies. This might be the reason why you did not know Pacific Bath would be calling you.
When we receive information that someone might be interested in our product, we try to contact that individual. *************** personnel will continue trying until we are able to contact the individual. Once we reach the individual and if the person is not interested, we stop calling the individual. Also, if the individual advises us not to call him/her, we put the person on our internal do no call list. As we were never able to connect with you, we continue to call you. Now that we know that you do not wish us to call you, we have put you on our internal do not call list.Review fromLisa L

My new shower is beautiful. ***** and his sidekick were very kind, professional and completed the job in about 1 1/2 days. When I went back to the bathroom after they had left the first day, I was amazed at how they moved everything into the shower and out of the way so that I was able to use all my usual space except for the shower. I thought I would have to completely move to the small bathroom. I was so impressed with their work and how they would come find me if there was a decision to be made. After the installation was completed, they cleaned up the bathroom area very nicely. I am so pleased with Pacific Bath.Pacific Bath

We recently had Pacific Bath change our very tall soaking tub to a walk in shower. this is the second time we have had them convert a tub to shower for us. We have confidence in the ****** products they use and the wall finishes are beautiful. We were very pleased with their professionalism and the workmen were easy to work with . We were able to customize exactly what we wanted for fixtures, shower heads and material colors. We will not hesitate to use them again.Pacific Bath

Workers did an amazing job on our new shower install. They left our bathroom so clean, we only had to clean our mirror. If there were more than 5 stars, I would have rated it higher!!!Pacific Bath
