We were very happy with Pacific Bath and would definitely use them again. The installers did a super job and our sales person was great and made the purchase easy. We recently remodled the kitchen and the experience was the opposite so I really appreciate the speed and professionalism of Pacific Bath.

At Pacific Bath, we strive for all of our customers to have a positive experience when they chose to partner with us when redoing their bathrooms. When we provide a positive experience, we potentially will have returning customers when they need our services again. If we don't provide a positive experience not only will they not return to us, but likely they will advise others to look elsewhere if those other individuals are looking to redo their bathrooms. We had an old tub removed and a beautiful shower installed. Kevin and his assistant were very professional. They explained everything they were doing and cleaned up after they had finished. They laid down some matts to insure leaving my house clean. They hauled away the old tub and left us with a beautiful shower. I would recommend them.Pacific Bath

Update to my previous review of 1 star. Today we received a call from ****, install manager. He took ownership and apologized for the errors made, offered to change out the incorrect back wall (we declined, but appreciated his offer). The trim around the shower window needs to be redone so they will return and make it right. This is great customer service and too often in todays world, companies do not take responsibility or follow up. This effort was much appreciated by my husband and me and restores our faith in Pacific Bath. Thank you for the follow up!Pacific Bath

At Pacific Bath, we strive to complete our customers' projects correctly the first time. Unfortunately, it does not happen every time, like in did not in your case. In your original review, you noted many aspects of the project that went well. However, you noted that the lack of communication, amongst other things, caused you to provide your original lower rating. At Pacific Bath, we know that ever aspect of the process has to be top-notch for us to earn the loyalty of our customers. Yet, we came up short with your project. I am more than happy with the walk in shower Pacific installed in my home. It is beautiful! The salesman was very pleasant to work with, the men who installed the shower were friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond my expectations of what would take place over two days. I highly recommend Pacific Bath and their is awesome in my book!Pacific Bath

My husband and I purchased a new home in 2017, unfortunately the master bath shower was poorly constructed. After only four years, it needed repair. Pacific Bath Company was our answer with a Kohler shower. Our salesmen, ****, made the transaction stress-free. He really listened to what we needed and wanted. The installers were friendly and professional. They kept us informed with every step of the process. They also measured & confirmed the grab bars and shower head placement were the height we desired. We are so pleased with our new shower; we plan to have Pacific Bath Company install a Kohler ************ in our other bathroom.Pacific Bath
