****, the installer did a fantastic job, even working around some hiccups that were not his fault. He is a magician when it came to problem solving and making sure everything worked. I would give him a 10 if I could. Ours was a walk in shower installed at our beach home. Looks fantastic but most importantly, **** made sure the 'behind the walls' were sufficiently strong, made sure the seat and the bars were strengthened. The hand held shower is the best and I would strongly recommend the 'locker niches' as they look so good and they hold all the things you want, including a razor! The shelves come out easily and are dishwasher safe for cleaning. I highly recommend this shower!Pacific Bath

When you're such a professional, as **** is, hiccups don't stop you. At Pacific Bath, we tear out the old bathing system to the studs to ensure that there will be no surprises with the new walk-in shower. When we do open of the walls, sometimes hiccups arise because there is no way of knowing what exists behind those old bathing systems. Each of Pacific Bath's walk-in showers are tailored to the needs and preferences of our customers. So, thank you for describing some of the features that are part of your new Kohler walk-in shower. Best experience ever! The gentlemen were curtius, respectful of my time while working at my home. I express my concerns and they handled them on the spot. Everything was explained to me prior to starting the work on the bathroom. I would recommend to anyone that asks me of my experience with Pacific Bath.Pacific Bath

**** and ***** did an outstanding job on this shower install for us seniors. Pluming was very well installed on my inspection and poor **** had to do all the rest of the final install. All three fellows were very friendly and polite when i asked a question. and joked a lot thru the install. **** especially was very knowledgeable and a perfectionist on making all the pieces fit perfect. He then gave both of us a operation demo of how to operate the controls, seat, and hand held shower head. Tks for the fishing info on the ***** river too.Pacific Bath

The crew arrived on time. Got directly to work on tear-out of existing tub. The space was a little larger than standard. They did a great job of putting the new unit in place! Good job of clean up. We really like the new unit!Pacific Bath

At Pacific Bath, each project is unique based on the needs and preferences of our customers. We do not just put a cover over an old bathing system. We were very pleased with the new shower and especially the crew doing the work. They were very friendly, answered any and all questions we had come up and completed in record time. Left the area clean and explained how to use everything before leaving. Pacific Bath has checked back with me 3 times to make sure we are happy and need to corrections done. **** and the crew actually felt like family by the time they left and we would recommend them to anyone at any time. At Pacific Bath, our customer service does not end when we install your new Kohler walk-in shower. We follow up after installation to ensure everything is working well. While our installation team goes over the final installation with our customers before they leave our customers' homes. Sometimes things not obvious come up after the installation. We want to address those things as quickly as possible. This is why we reach back out to our customers after the installation. Thank you for being a Pacific Bath customer.
