My husband and I had a Kohler LuxStone shower installed by Pacific Bath in December 2020. We love the shower! It looks great. It's easy to clean. The shower has a pull open door though and the strip across the bottom that prevents water from getting out onto the floor (the "sweeper") has pulled away from the door twice now. The first time this happened we had no trouble getting through to Pacific Bath and they came right out and fixed it. The second time though I had a little difficulty getting in touch with them. I left two messages and didn't hear back in over a week, although their recording said they return calls within 24 hours, so I used the online contact e-mail used to express interest in getting a new shower, I literally received a call back within 1 minute. It took a minute for us to get on the same page that I was looking for a repair and not a new shower, but the person I spoke with said she'd refer it to the service ***** Once again Pacific Bath was very prompt getting someone out to fix the problem. ***** was the person sent to do the repair. He did a great job! He was very professional and knowledgeable (it turned out that the door needed to be raised slightly) AND he went over and above what was required. We are still very pleased with our shower and Pacific Bath company.

We just had a tub to shower install with floor damage repair. Very happy with the estimator and work crew. They did a splendid job and Lux stone walls looks beautiful! They kept us informed all along the way and even completed the job 2 months ahead of time. I was very impressed with the quality of materials and Kohler products. Professional, considerate, and very good people, ******************************* and team did a fantastic job of installing a beautiful ****** Shower for my wife and I. We had been dispossessed of our bathroom and bedroom for weeks by a plumbing problem. Our concerns about further disruptions during the demo and install proved unfounded. From the moment Jeritts team arrived till that magic moment when he left us with a truly beautiful shower, an atmosphere of trust and ease was established. They worked silently and with good humor for the two days they were with us, lessening our fears and burdens with each passing moment. We just completed our bathtub to Kohler walk-in shower conversion. And we are very happy with the end product. When we were selecting the style of the shower walls, my daughter was not very happy with my selection. Upon final completion, she was very thrilled with the outcome. Every step of the process was pretty smooth from our first sales meeting to the updates on next steps, the asbestos collection, and the installation. The two installation guys, **** and ****** were very knowledgeable, considerate, professional and fast. Your company's on-line ads promote a two day process and your guys had our bathtub removed and converted into a walk-in shower in a little less than two days - they did a nice job too!We are very happy with our decision to have Pacific Bath Company do our shower installation.Pacific Bath

You had a lot of option when deciding to redo your bathroom. Sometimes these options can be overwhelming. And, until the project is actually complete, you don't know if you made the correct choices. We just replaced our bathtub with a Kohler walk-in shower. WOW! It looks absolutely fantastic, like a shower in a 5-star hotel! This is the first time we've remodeled a bathroom and so glad we went with Pacific ******** Every step of the project went smoothly. A special shout-out to ****************** who was our very knowledgeable and awesome sales consultant. Then to the A-team *********************** ******************* and *************************** who did an outstanding job prepping their workspaces making sure our new carpet and painted walls didn't get damaged. Their work was perfect, and they were really nice to interact with as well. These three employees are truly an asset to your company! I will highly recommend Pacific ********, and specifically these three professionals to friends and family wanting to remodel their bath. You are so right! It always comes down to the people who are part of the Pacific Bath team. We can have all of the greatest procedures and products (which we believe we do as we only provide Kohler products). Yet, if we didn't have great folks following those procedures and installing those products, you would not receive the quality customer experience that we strive to provide. I decided to explore the idea of a walk in bath. (I am at the age now where getting in an out of a tub takes a little more caution than it did before!) I contacted ******, who put me in touch with Pacific Bath. From start (************ the salesman) to finish (******, et al) the process was smooth, timely and professional. ***** showed me all the options for my new tub/shower combo; he double checked to make sure everything would fit into the space. Shortly thereafter I was assigned to *****, my project manager. She kept me informed about the progress of my bath construction in ********* (******** headqtrs) and scheduled my install when it was ready.It took a day and a half for the tub to be installed (no water shut off btw). ****** was the point person when the bath came into my house. He and his assistant got right on installing it. Professional, clean and QUIET. After ****** explained the tub's functions, they cleaned everything up, hauled everything out, and left my bathroom in excellent condition.I can highly recommend Pacific Bath. Their crew is knowledgeable, personable, on time, and respectful. Give them a call.Pacific Bath

We had a very old/dated shower. We had 3 bids & decided on Pacific ******** They did not pressure us & presented the ideal shower. We love our new shower! So, we do not try to pressure our customers to select us for their bathroom projects. My old shower was a nightmare. I need to have a chair to sit down on and that left no room for my legs. When Pacific Bath installed my new shower, they gave me so much more room to stretch my legs out. My shower is so much bigger now. The guy that was in charge of the project was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing and went to do it. He had a couple of helpers and a plumber and they got the job done in two days. Everything is perfect. There are no leaks, errors and they did a perfect job. I am so happy with my new shower. Now I enjoy taking a shower. My new shower has a huge door on it that opens up wide and I can just step in like Im stepping in my front door. I have a grab bars, the old shower didnt have them. With the old shower I was afraid I was going to fall every time I stepped in that thing. I have recessed shelves, which makes a lot more room. I wish I could put a picture of the old shower and the new shower so you could see the comparison. I would use Pacific Bath over and over again for all my projects.Pacific Bath

The objective of our Bath Consultant is to determine what those things are; so, the Bath Consultant can develop an agreement in which the wet space design incorporates your needs.
