    We received our chip drop earlier this week and everything went well! We only wanted about 3-4 yards, and that is what was delivered. And it was dropped at the spot that we requested. Thank you!

    Setting up chip drop order was extremely easy and straightforward, allowing me to provide specific instruction for location and type of product I wanted. Twelve days later, I received an informative email advising me to expect delivery within 48 hours, along with direct contact information if I needed to the reach tree service company. Approximately 16 hours later a nice looking 20 cu. yard load of wood chip mulch was just where I asked for it. ChipDrop.com is a great service that I will use again in the future.

    So excited to get a Chip Drop! I got one this past week, and I was out of town so I thought, "Oh no...how's this gonna go?" The driver followed my written instructions perfectly so it did not matter I was not home. I got an alert before delivery and after. I was given the actual company info that would be dropping their chips so I could communicate with them directly. Overall a great experience. Hoping for another chip drop soon!

    Use Chipdrop.com only if you want at least 20 yards of chips! There is an option to choose only chips, wood (logs), or both. I always choose both because my main heat source is a woodstove in the winter and bonus logs are a bonus. I use these chips to cover weed infested areas of my property, to tidy up the goat pen, instead of beauty bark around shrubs and under fruit trees, and as a base layer where my container gardening will be. I always donate at least $20 per 20 yard load and am grateful to be able to do so. I have 10 acres so have plenty of room for chips including topping the trails in the *****. Not all loads are strictly chips. There can be leaves and small branches. If you are wanting the perfect tidy look on your grounds you might prefer to pay the much higher price for chips from landscape companies. My main goal is obtain a higher level of weed control and my minor goal is to create a living environment that better protects my soil rather than erodes it.

    Chip Drop LLC promptly delivered a load of wood chips to me in less than a week after I made the request. The tree company left the wood chips in a neat pile exactly where I had specified. Chip Drop LLC even followed up with an E-mail to ensure I got the wood chips, since the tree company didn't notify them of the delivery. Their service helps reduce the amount of landfill waste, reduces cost for the tree companies, and helps homeowners recycle the wood chips at no charge other than sweat equity. The wood chips help reduce the need for watering plants and discourage weeds, helping the plants grow faster.Chip Drop LLC's web platform was very easy to navigate. I love their service.

    Chip Drop was excellent! The videos of what to expect are accurate and the arborists that delivered followed my instructions and called ahead of time and worked with me on where to unload the wood chips. I will likely use this service every year. Great job, excellent communication and great service!

    This service worked as explained on the website. Sending a picture of the drop site is a great idea to minimize misunderstanding. Excellent customer service. Performed just ad they said they would.
