On 4/26/2024 I placed an order for $104.29. A few weeks went by and I had heard nothing. I emailed a few times and. O response. Finally got a reply claiming the items would ship May 17, 2024. O replied back and let them know this was way too late and to cancel the order. This we two weeks before the shipping date. I emailed several more time asking for refund status and never got a reply. The. The items showed up and looked like a kid colored them with spray paint I. The backyard. I requested a refund again, no reply. I emailed them from a separate email of mine and they replied, saying if I sent the items back they would refund once received, but after the lack of communication and obviously ignoring my emails I asked for a refund before I returned because I didnt trust them. They have not responded to any correspondence since. I simply want my money back at this point and hope this company shuts down as it seems their is an ongoing issues the more I read about them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a glock 17 barrel and received not a Glock 17 barrel but a glock 19 and have tried to reach out numerous times to the company with no response after they realized they were in the wrong. I want my correct item i paid for or i want a refund.Business Response

I made numerous attempts to reach the business while my emails sat ignored. I never refused to send any identification numbers what so ever i provided that it was the same exact caliber per their request.

Product was purchased 09/12/22 @0247HST.. the company doesn't seem to be very repeatable and the wait times are deplorable for a business claiming legitimacy and wanting their money up front. None of the reviews I've read are favorable and I do not believe this company to do business in a meritous way. I would ask for my money back but the email sent verifying my purchase is showing possible phishing and not able to be verified as an actual business. If I have made these comments in error then I will recant this statement. I purchase an order on 5/3/2022 (Order#*****) in the amount of $155.00 The web site states that it could take up to 90 days to process and to contact them after 90 days for a status update. I have sent numerous emails with no response and was unable to reach anyone by phone.
