    Horrible, I placed an order and after two weeks, no shipping information was sent. I tried contacting the seller and they have not replied to several email requests. Ive requested either shipping information or a refund and get no response from either request.

    Same as all the others, terrible customer service. They refuse to reply to emails, no phone numbers listed. They are unable to produce orders in a reasonable amount of time. I cancelled the order after over a month of nothing, and they still shipped it a week later. Other companies have the items listed in stock, will communicate with you, and ship quickly. Antiques & ******** does not deserve your business!

    Worst place ive ever done online buisness with. The communication is non existent. Took four emails to get my refund started. A a month after my order I have yet to recieve refund. Do your self a favor and stay away from this company,if u wanna call it that.

    I placed my order December 3rd, sent an email asking about the status of my order. I was told my order was expected to be completed and shipped December 15th. I sent a follow up email December 21st because I did not hear anything and its currently December 30th. The company will not respond, I do no not recommend ordering from them and I wish I did my research before ordering myself.

    Ordered some parts that I had Cerakoted and one was a special color they didnt have listed. Had my order in 3 weeks which is great considering cerakote process is timely process anyway. Parts look fantastic and would definitely order from them again.

    Purchased a Trinity ***** buffer tube with cerakote coating, installed and had feeding issues. Started my Inspection to see what was causing the bcg not extend far enough to feed. Finally figured out the buffer tube was to short 7 1/8 inch, mil spec is **** inch. Contacted antiques and artillery provided pictures comparing the buffer tube they sent with another and picture with measurement with tape measure. They responded that my rifle was unique and that the reason why it would not function and pay for shipping back plus 20% restocking fee. I guess at this point all I can hope for is other will check their reviews stay away from these people and not get robbed.

    I would give zero stars if it were an option. To say this company has poor customer service and communication would imply there were an interaction. *** made multiple attempts to contact them with no response. I made my purchase almost a month ago and got as far as order processing to shipping pending. Every time I checked the website theyve had the item in stock but they still havent fulfilled my order. I ordered parts from ***** and they got through customs and to my residence in a fraction of the time. DONT waste your time and money it will not be a pleasant transaction.

    Had to start a charge back because they shipped incorrect and defective products and refuse to respond. Very responsive before placing the order though. Funny how that works. Shady business. Stay away.

    My order two items for $40 over 2 weeks ago and my order still says processing. The items were in the category "available/ready to ship" and and I'm still waiting........ Not trying to be an a hole but I could have done drove from ********* to ****** and back home by now with my parts I need for them to be shipped or I need to be refunded my money..... Antiques and artillery you need to *************** Business!!!! It's not cool to leave people thinking that they've been burned...
