  Yea definitely wished I looked further into this joke of a company. All the s*** companies still using the covid excuse. Send my f***** items or at least hire some desk idiot to respond to f****** emails all day long. What a f****** joke. I'll cancel the s*** right f****** now if one of you morons would answer a f****** email. You mean to tell me you dont have somebody doing that all day long. Get the f*** out of here. Give me my f***** money back. Or simply grab a **** stock and buffer tube and throw it in a box. Press send. Real f***** hard.

  Awsome company!Despite all the bad reviews I decided to make a purchase, because I could get all the parts in one place and in a custom color (toxic green). The site stated up to 60 day wait, so I was very pleased to get a shipment status email after only a week. The next day I got a tracking number, and had my parts in 3 days. They delivered exactly what they promised, the parts are quality and the coating is beautiful. Being in small business I can respect how they want to try and get the product out the door fast, but costumer support and communication is also important. I hope they can work on that end. I am very happy with my purchase.

  While the site is managed, and run quite well. The automated email response, no answering of email, or phone calls make using the site slightly hesitant.I had read several emails, posts, and replies on the various sites for A&A, that were not driving me to buy anything. The 60 day wait to send an email was sketchy, but at the 60 day ***** I shot an email to them, and was greeted with a reply my parts were done and would be on the way.Sure enough they came in, and are very nicely cerakoted.My one and only complaint, is communication. There is a severe shortage of any communication. With lots of businesses taking money and defrauding people, or just closing up shop all together, communicating with your customers is one of the MOST IMPORTANT things you can and need to do to maintain a happy customer base.I run a small shop, 3 employees including myself. I hired a kid PT minimum wage to literally go down the customer lists once a week, and update my customers on status of thier orders. Before i did that, i was getting nasty emails/phone calls and the likes. That small bit of communication goes a long way in todays world.Parts came out great.

  Everyone ordering from antiques and artillery needs to read before they make a purchase. It says right on there it can take months to receive your order. I bought a colored gas tube from them, waited a couple months, and it showed up with no problems. Very happy with my purchase.
