      I got 2 pairs of the same tennis shoes just a different color. Both of them rip after a few wears. I asked them for warranty because there are barely used and they told me that is a normal wear. Im so upset since I always wear Adidas and always been happy and now they dont take responsibility of my expensive shoes that I think theyre defective.

      The more I opened up about how much I hated or was missed by other companies such as Nike or Cactus Club ; Adidas used that information against me to create an improper ; unproductive and truly non compliant work environment and then blamed me for all of it while I was the only one who would actively be working amongst while others encouraged and conduced activities that would lead to stolen products as well as loss of company money constantly to no gain for anyone . Business is not good and not wanting to be improved by these truly evil enterprise members and should be avoided like the plague .

      Absolutely no customer service. Their website said my order failed, but it turns out their website placed the same exact order twice. I was charged for both, even though the two orders are just minutes apart so there is no reason for them to act like this was my mistake. The only response I got was to send the order back. After telling them about my bad experience they just sent me an automated email and didn't speak to me further. I will be telling everyone I know that they should not waste their money on this company that does not have any regard for its customers. It is generous to even call the interaction I had customer service. They did not do anything for me.

      Adidas quality has dimenshed with all this recycled clothing and shoes! I'm all for doing right by the earth, but what I'm not for is not getting my money's worth with the ****** LOWEST, QUALITY cheap recycled items that adidas is now making ! All this recycled clothing looking real cheap, adult sneakers looks like toy plastic and just out right LOW QUALITY! It's DISGUSTING the quality of their items nowadays and what's more disgusting is the prices they are selling these cheap materials for! I'm just discusted because people aren't really speaking up and calling adidas out on this, maybe because it'll look like we don't care about the eath that we live in, but that is so far from the truth! I know I just want quality clothing not items with materials looking like dollar store value with adidas logo! Just Pitiful!

      Terrible customer service. No solutions. No one follows up with you on mistakes that happen with their distribution and the only resolution they have is to send you a refund (which you have to wait 3-5 days for) and you have to order again even knowing the potential result is another lost order. Ridiculous a company with this large of profits can't take care of customer support. I will actively recommend people never shop with them again.

      This was my first time ordering on Adidas online. I made a claim that I never received my package. I reported to Adidas then they made a ***** claim they said I would receive an update within 10days which I didnt. I had to follow up then that same day I received an email that ***** denied my claim. Then I again had to follow up myself since there was no additional info. So I was told that the claim was denied and that Adidas could not provide me a refund.I feel like I got robbed $300.

      I submitted an exchange request on 12/12 and it showed that the item will arrive before Christmas (12/25). And I sent the item back quickly and it reached ************* on 12/19. In the original exchange email, Adidas asked me to allow for 1-2 business days for processing but I have waited for 9 business days and the item hasn't been shipped out till now (12/30). I was disappointed that Adidas was doing a false advertisement because I won't purchase it again from Adidas if I know the item cannot arrive before New Year. And my refund requests for my other two orders experienced the same long delay. Refund was not issued after 5 business days after the day items were reached.

      I have never had such a terrible experience with an online order. Adidas failed to include one of my items in my order and I reported this immediately to them. I was told they would need to investigate which took 14 days. My initial complaint was on the 1st of December. Around the 17th I contacted them again and was told it had not been 14 business days. I have contacted them three time over the past week with varying answers such as I am unable to get in contact with anyone in the facility, they seem to have left for the day as well as a customer service rep guaranteeing me they would follow up the following day (they never did. I finally received some type of answer from a customer service rep today and it was to advise me that in another ***** business days I SHOULD see a refund. Adidas dropped the ball and its ridiculous that Ive wasted this much of my time trying to correct their mistake.

      I returned items for an exchange which was no problem. When I called to check the status of my exchange order I was told that it was cancelled. An employee took it upon themselves to cancel my order without any cause or notice! Adidas told me they could not resend the items and my only option is a refund. It's been over a month and I've yet to receive my refund. Each time I call I'm on hold for hours only to be told it's still processing! I would give NO stars if I could.

      I ordered a large order worth almost $700 on November 27th. It hasn't been delivered yet and it is now December 22nd. The company they sent the courier with is shady and the customer service agent at ********************** told me they haven't been able to contact workers at that company so they can't tell me the status of my order or what happened. But they also will not refund my order so now I'd out of $700. Their service has been abysmal and I'm hoping commenting here will make them fix their issues.
