      Terrible experience! Ordered two shoes and only received one. Adidas would not issue a refund as they claimed both shoes were delivered. ***** also claimed both shoes were delivered. However, I was at the door to receive the package, and driver only had one box for me. This whole experience has been so frustrating. A simple shoe order has turned into a whole claim process and none of these businesses care to help. Adidas, ****** and ********** have all given us the run around, pointing fingers and no one is taking responsibility. These companies have completely lost our trust. We turned to the BBB for help. We are at our **** end.

      Add another one star - I'd give them less. Saw something I wanted online, found it wasn't available, signed up to be notified when back in stock, got notified, within 1 minute of receiving the email I placed the order. Box arrived today with something else entirely. Not even close. They said their inventory system doesn't work so well. Offered me nothing for the trouble to return it and lied saying they couldn't schedule a pick up. So I have to take off work to drop this junk off to return to them. Never ever ever ever again adidas. There's a reason you have 1 start here. GARBAGE.

      I bought a pants and after wearing them for only one week, the material looked so worn, which is crazy have the pills on material after such a short time. I wrote to customer support and they only offered a 30% for other purchases. I was so dissatisfied with the proposed resolution of a 30% discount on a new Adidas product, given the premature deterioration of the previously purchased item within a month. As a longstanding Adidas enthusiast, I had expected a more comprehensive solution, such as a refund or a substantial discount of 90% on an alternative product. This recent experience has been disheartening, and I had not anticipated facing challenges in obtaining a resolution that aligns with the brand's reputed commitment to quality.

      I made a purchase from Adidas online on 10/4/23 for $502.71. When I received the items I immediately put in for an exchange and mailed the wrong-sized items back to them using their return shipping label. On or around 11/1/23 I spoke to a representative that informed me I had to wait a bit for the exchange to take place because the warehouse had to check the items to make sure everything was in perfect condition. I was told that process would take up to 20 days. On Nov 18th I spoke to a **** ******* who instructed I cancel the exchange to get a quicker refund and then just reorder the items. I have a confirmation email stating I would have my refund but it could take up to one full billing cycle. I have spoken with several reps and one manager which have all assure I would get my money within 15 business days and here we are *** 19,2024 and I've yet to get my money back. This is a multi-million dollar company and they are taking $304.31 from me when I have returned their items in perfect condition. All the reps and manager I have spoken to have lack concern about my situation. I will never buy from Adidas again. This is not how you treat your costumers.

      Im writing this review to bring some awareness and hoping that adidas leadership will take actions. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on adidas.com on Decembet 15. I received an email on December 16 saying that the order was shipped. I never received the order. The status on the shipping carrier site said it wasnt received from the merchant and the status on the adidas website was - great news, your order will be delivered sooner than expected. I called customer service 2 weeks later they told me they had some delays due to holidays shopping and my shoes are being prepared for shipping. 2 weeks later still no shoes. I called customer service again, this time they told me the order was lost and the only option I have is to cancel the order and reorder the shoes. By this time one pair was already sold out and I was able to place a new order for the second one. A week later the order was still pending and by this time the second pair was sold out. Few days later adidas cancelled my order completely. Im so disappointed with how adidas is handling this. Zero communication, the shoes dont get shipped on time, the order status is not accurate and customer care is completely useless. I would rather buy these shoes on another website or skip adidas completely, given the selection of shoes on the market.

      Please dont bother buying from here. I have ordered 2 pair of NEWsneakers that have been sent to me worn !!!! And they refused to expedite the shipment so that I can have a new pair of shoes before my event

      My wife bought some shoes online for a Christmas present near the end of November when the shoes arrived the size on the box was correct but the shoes inside were incorrect- we contacted adidas they refused to fix their mistake until they got the others shoes back - we shipped the shoes out shortly thereafter, they have received the shoes but refuse to ship us the correct shoes out until they get time to inspect the shoes which could take another 2 weeks- its now Dec 22 and I called adidas again and asked to speak with a supervisor who just kept saying its gonna be another 2 weeks - she refused to provide any address where a written complaint could be sent and refused to give any company ID and hung up on me- I cant believe a company would treat their customers like this over a mistake they made. I will never order online at addias again.

      I returned items on an order in June 2023, return received by Adidas on 6/27/23. I have yet to receive refund of $600. It is now 12/12/23. I have emailed 12 times and called customer service 3 times. Each time a rep advises that this issue will be sent to another team for review and someone will call me back or its under review. No one has called me back nor has anyone been able to explain why I have not received my refund yet. None of the items I purchased were final sale, my credit card# is the same. So I am not understanding the reason for delay. I am inquiring interest on my credit card due to the non refund. It has become to a point that I may need to get lawyer involved. I have done nothing in this matter. I have been a valued customer for years and this is just not right

      I placed an order for sneakers on 10/01/2023 for delivery on 10/05/2023, I paid using my $15 Adidas gift card and my debit card. On 10/04/2023 i got an email saying my order shipped via Ontrac and it would take 24hrs for it to update. I tracked the order for days after and saw no movement. I called Adidas after the expected delivery date a few times the *** system basically said it could take up to 15 days to get my item. So i waited, no movement, and when i spoke to customer service even the 1st time i called, they were nonchalant and said that the order would be fine. No offer to reorder. I called a few weeks later when itd been over a month and Id not received the product NOR a refund. I was told that the product was out of stock and basically i was *** all they could do was refund me; no offer to price match. On 10/27/2023 i called a few times spending over an hour on the phone and talked to a supervisor named *** who promised a $30 gc and even gave me a ref case3834497 which was apparently fake. Now i have cust service emailing saying I was refunded and thats that. I sent evidence on 12/01/23 showing i was on the phone and did have a lengthy convo and now theyve went missing. How can you be servicing athletes and not have a better system in place??? I needed this sneaker for an event on 10/07/23 and NEVER got them. Then all you have to say is you are *** too bad?! And then LIE ON TOP OF THAT??! YALL WILD

      Horrible customer service. They change prices in the middle of checking out and when you can prove it they don't care They take forever to honor their warranty policy with absolutely no apology. No regard for the customer. I will now be a loyal **** CUSTOMER from her on out.
