      Adidas sold me shoes with a defective design. There was no tongue which is important to be able to slip your foot into the shoe. I bought them online so I didn't know about the defective design. Adidas sold them for $45 and they were defective. They sold them as 'final sale' Adidas should have trashed these defective shoes.

      On thanksgiving sale I add 70% off on a shoes I diddnt have enough money to complete the purchase at the moment but has it in my cart..I got mesage from adidas in my email that I got my bag ready and have 10 days to complete the transaction.Tuo days after I go to my caet is gone They automaticly removed SO there is not true they will give you the promised deal and push me to nuy the same item on regular price So this is complete lie from adidas.com I call customer service and after 1 hour waiting exsplained to me that I have to had screenshot on the card but as **** as they removed you wont be able to give this to them..Who will make a screenshot on item ???? Anyway they give me some customer service to applie for my order but no one respond from there.So got bad exspirience on "BIG SALE" from adidas Dont thrust their lies...

      Didnt do s*** to fix my problem literally placed an order with an old address. They dont f****** have humans to handle it and if they do they f****** lie to you. I placed an order until noticing an hour later it was an old address. I dont live there. I do as anyone would reach out to them. They cant do f****** s*** for you. Theyre morons. Shove your 15% lame a** discount up your a** A total of 3 useless representatives told me to reach out to ontrac to change address. S***** as f*** ontrac didn't give s*** either they told it had to be f****** approved by the seller adidas. Back to square f****** 1. Adidas didn't do s*** after that. They owe me my money back for delivering this order to the wrong f****** address.

      I participated in a raffle on the Adidas Confirmed app for adidas KoRn Campus 00s and actually got a confirmation that I got the shoes. Only to get an e-mail a few days later that it has been canceled. Now I won't be able to get my daughter the one thing she wanted for Christmas. Adidas has joined the airlines bad business practices for overselling their product. I would totally have understood if the raffle had told me I'm sorry you lost out, but that is not the case here as I had a confirmation. Furthermore, I spent a lot of time and effort attempting to get these shoes for my daughter. Now I look online and people are selling this artificially limited item for hundreds of dollars more than retail price. I spoke with **************** and they told me this is how the raffle works which is not actually true as I got confirmation in the app and via e-mail that I had an order number and shipping date for the shoes. This is just really poor business practice.

      I purchased a pair of Ultraboost 1.0 on 10/22 and got a notification from Adidas on 10/23 said my purchase was on its way. Originally the ***** tracking says the expected delivery was on 10/25, I'd be really happy if that were the case.Now, Nov 3rd, I still have not received anything nor seen any updates on the shipment tracking, so I reached out to Adidas.com, the representative told me "It seems like the product is lost in transit" and the best they can do is offer a refund.WTH! I purchased the product and waited for 2 weeks, and only to know that the product is "lost in transit", and Adidas can't even ship me another pair but offer me a refund? I purchased a product, you accepted my purchase, my money, and you even processed the purchase. Now the product is "lost in transit" and you don't even bother to notify me, only to tell me "I can offer you a refund" when I reach out to you?Even worse, I reached out to ***** and ***** told me, from their record, a shipping label was created by Adidas but they never got any package that was going out.When I reached out to Adidas and asked the representative to escalate the issue to their higher-*** for a resolution, the representative literally told me **************** won't be able to do anything about it, regardless of who you speak with it's the same system we use." I mean really? Is this how Adidas manages customer relationships and experience? Yes, it's the same system but because the system created an issue, that's why I want to speak with a human to resolve the problem. From what the representative told me, clearly Adidas don't give a **** about customer experience or their purchase. I am not sure if there's anyone looking at the 1 star reviews on this page, these are real issues your customer has and ********************** you are not addressing any of it. It is disgusting to see what Adidas has become, no wonder you can't compete with *****

      A product that was $180 was down to $64, and when I went to purchase, the price all of a sudden was $112! They told me its my fault for not having a screenshot of the price @$64, and therefore, they couldnt honor the discounted price @$64! Extortion at its finest, because once it sat in my cart, they thought I wanted it bad enough to charge me whatever they wanted! **************** hung up on me when I said I wouldnt take no for an answer because they werent willing to resolve this matter!

      Charged on my order and never shipped it out. It has been a month. Contacted customer service twice, the first one asked me to wait, and the second one could only give me a refund. I don't know how many this is the issue from the other customers, but is Adidas transforming into a bank to collect money without interest? If I didn't follow up with this order, the money will be there forever!

      The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They sent me a pair of shoes without insoles. They will not send me insole replacements. They will not let me return the shoes. Their solution is a 30% off voucher that has to be used within 60 days. What a joke! I will never buy another adidas product after this experience. Stay away from this company! They do not care about you!!

      If minus stars were available I'd go to -5. Terrible customer service. When asked to escalate, was given an inbox to communicate with. Templated response. When replied to response, same original templated response. Adidas simply does not care and assumes that no one will find out assuming its American customer is plain dumb. Shame on such an international brand to court its customers. I have had many issues and still lived with them - squeaky SAMBAS was the recurring issue. This time however was different. I waited until a product was in stock, ordered it, got completely the wrong item shipped (wrong size, wrong, shoe, wrong size). My item is now out of stock again. The company would not even consider an alternate same shoe, same size different color (which was on stock). Now everything is out of stock. They promised to send a gift certificate but did not honor that.
