      Dont buy anything online from adidas or just dont support adidas at all . if your package was delivered to the wrong address due to ***** drivers fault and if the ***** lied about their investigation saying it was delivered to the correct address and your claim was denied by ***** adidas wont refund your money. After waiting for more than 1 month for my refund adidas says my claim was denied and they cant do anything to resolve and refund my money

      Adidas has to be the worst company to deal with since they have no regards for your problem or the timeline that you have in order to get prompt service to rectify the situation. I have bought my child some cleats for high school football and they ended up having a manufacturer defect. So the store I bought them from, Dicks Sporting Goods doesnt do returns or any useful thing like this so I have to do it myself. I have gone through all the checklist items to receive my electronic refund but still have not received it. Every time I get an associate on the phone, ** told that it will be two weeks. Those two weeks keep going by and pushed I To another two weeks. Im still awaiting my refund and now they are saying itll be by next week sometime again but cannot and will not try to find out anything further. Just the most terrible customer service aswell as their product.

      I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been chasing my refund for MONTHS, I call customer service and every time, they say "I need to check with the finance department, we will call you back within 1-2 days" as a way to end the call. Even the customer service manager used that tactic! I bought 4 pairs of shoes, I returned 2 (which I received my money) and requested to exchange 2 for a different size (which they canceled my exchange and kept the money.) When I broke down the math to the manager, he stumbled and said he had to check with the finance department. To this day, I have no shoes and they stole my money!I'm scared from this experience, I will not buy Adidas anymore.

      Bough a pair of soccer shoes, they got damaged within the 1st 30 days and did a damage exchange. It was denied due to them claiming it was wear and tear. I was a full Adidas customer but after this incident I will never purchase another product from them. My son had the same issue with a pair of **** shoes and they replaced them without a question and that one was a year after he bought them.

      Purchased shoes on August 20,2023. Wrong size shipped. Ordered another pair on August 22,2023. Wrong shoes (not even the same brand!) shipped. Requested a refund for one pair and an exchange for the second pair. Shipped both pairs of shoes on August 29,2023 back to Adidas. Still have not received any shoes. I have called the customer service number three times. Each time, I am told a different story on why I have not received the shoes or a full refund. Poor customer service. I receive emails repeatedly asking how I like the product, but the product has never been sent! No option on the survey to state that they took my money without shipping the shoes. The most recent customer service agent (*****) hung up on me altogether after stating that sometimes we get inconvenienced.

      I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order on 8/20/3023, my card was charged on 8/22/2023 and received a message that arrival would be 8/24/2023. Long story short and three weeks later, still no shipment. Contacted customer service via chat, telephone, shipping carrier and email about ten times. All I received was no response and a shipment delay message. Finally, today I get a message suggesting I reorder. Are you kidding? I would never order direct from Adidas again! This is the worse on line experience ever. They have my money, I received nothing! A huge dissatisfaction, horrible customer service and a total rip off! Shame on you Adidas!!!

      purchased an item according to their suggested size and it didn't fit, so I asked for an exchange. I sent the goods back but never got the exchanged item. Called customer support twice, and talked to different representatives, and both of them promised to refund me ... It has been 2 months and never got my refund. such a big name, such a terrible way of dealing with customers. shame shame shame

      I bought a pair of Yeezys in the confirmed app. I paid $250 for a pair of faulty/worn shoes. The threading around the shoe laces were worn and threading was falling apart. I sent pictures to adidas. It took them over 2 months (after reaching out to them countless times) just to tell me that I could not return them due them still being wearable. The customer service was horrible, through the phone and by email. I wouldnt advise any one to buy their products through that app because if the customer receives faulty merchandise they will not refund you. They will take your hard earned money and give you faulty merchandise. That was definitely my last purchase from that company.

      Entered a raffle (contract) with Adidas through their Confirmed App. Won the raffle and the item was shipped out via ****** where it was then lost/stolen from the shipping packaging it was placed in, while in a ***** facility. ***** has informed me the item is lost and to inform the shipper (Adidas). Adidas has now informed me that a wait time of 10 business days is to be applied to ensure Adidas that the item is lost, even though the carrier, ****** has stated the item is lost. Nowhere in Adidas terms and conditions is this, 10 business day wait for a lost item, listed. Why am I subject to wait 10 business days for a raffle contract that will not be fulfilled but broken, terminated, and then a refund. I will then have to wait 3-7 business days for my refund to go through. If I the customer am not contracted to this 10 business day wait then it must be against the law. A raffle and a regular order should not be considered as the same level of contract between a company and a customer. The raffle is a contract upon itself. and Adidas not fulfilling the order and issuing a refund should be illegal. This practice leaves companies with no accountability which explains why a lot is wrong with business today. Should not be allowed to sell things online iff not taking responsibility for item all the way up to the customer receiving it.

      I am having trouble because they are sending a shipment to the wrong address (different state autopopulated) and they refuse to cancel the order which I will never receive. They told me it was my just to reach out to ***** but ***** said Adidas needs to be the one to cancel the shipment and have it returned to sender. I have been on hold now for 35 minutes trying to reach adidas. Absolute worst customer service ever.
