      Placed large order on 4/22/2023. Returned several items for refund and used exchange program to get different sizes. Sent back via ***** 2 days after receiving order on 4/27. Didn't receive refund until 5/22. Got email on 5/23 that size exchange was shipped with tracking number. Contacted customer service on June 2 bc tracking shows it never left warehouse. Received refund and advised to reorder. Reordered items and they used lasership who then delivered to the wrong address. Lasership shows POD image of a different house. Called Adidas again and had to wait an hour to finally talk to someone. Got a refund but will not repurchase a 3rd time or buy Adidas products ever.

      Ive ordered two items from Adidas.com back in the beginning of May and I have received one (pair of shoes). However, I have not received the second item (sports bra) and whenever I try tracking the item, it states that the item is still pending shooing label and tracking information is not ready. However, when I check adidas website it stated the item was delivered, but I have yet to receive it. Unfortunately, trying to call customer service or utilized the 24/7 chat is a nightmare; robot always states that an agent is not available and to end the chat and calling Ive been on the phone numerous times for over an hour in on me sitting. If I could attach screenshots I wouldve done so. The item thats missing is only no more than $12 but trying to resolve the issue with an agent is like trying to get a camel through the eye of a needle. Ive never experienced having to wait for approximately 1.7 of an hour when calling customer service. You would think its a phone waiting game to get a million dollar.

      I am very disappointed with Ultra boost shoes. A $200 brand new pair caused me to develop inflamed ligaments in my metatarsa that will take up to 12 weeks to heal. These shoes do not hold the toes properly giving them too much range of motion when walking which apparently causes excessive exertion. I expected better from a brand like Adidas

      Went to the ******** **. Adidas Store They Had 40% off some items I picked a pair of tennis shoes that the price was $125.00 and a tag with 40 off I assumed its was 40 % off $125 as nothing was specified , I went to pay they said the discount was already included which was surprising because as mentioned before nothing was said about the discount included in the price the manager said thats how they do things which I found a little misleading so I took my money and went to **** because I didnt like how she handled the situation

      I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a jacket online. I didn't like any of the merchandise so I returned all of it. Checking my bank statements looking for my credit, I found only a partial return. Now why would I only get a portion of my money back when I returned all the merchandise?? Be very weary of this kind of activity anywhere because the same thing happened with ******** Sonoma! I called customer service to inquire and they gave no explanation why they didn't give the full refund! Are these people trying to steal people's money??

      I purchased a adidas *** Pack from adidas official **** Store on Sep 11th,2022. Then I find the Jacquard Tag is defective. It means that the *** Pack is totally meaningless. However, it passed the 30 days return. On Feb,2023, I emailed to adidas.gmrATadidas.com to claim the warranty. The warranty on the manual is 1-year warranty. Nobody replied me. I followed up once on Feb 10th. Got no respond. Chat via online and be told that the email was correct and they may reply me in next a few days. No relied again. Chat another 2-3 times. Got the same answer. Last time chatted with an agent online, and send me a RA Request and told me that it is OK even it is over 6 months because I contacted adidas within 6 months. Then I send all photos they need that include: receipt, ART number, and product picture. Unfortunately, they declined the warranty. The reason is over 6 months! That is ridiculous. I contact them via the phone. The agent told me I should call them within 6 months. ***, they blame to me that I didn't call them in time. So funny. They also point out that the product I purchased from **** is not from their official store. LOL, I bought 100 times on their official store. I am not an idiot. Shame on Adidas. As a loyalty customer previously, I trust ********************** and think they can help me solve my reasonable issue. But they treat me as a policy abuser. I feel very disappointed with them. Not worth to waste time to their terrible customer service.

      DANCE TEACHER HERE: I ordered 21 pairs for my students for our studio recital. The whole order was split into 4 shipments, and one of the shipments was missing shoes; the shipment box left at my doorstep was physically too small to hold all the said boxed shoes and COULD NOT weigh the supposed ****klbs ***** documented it was supposed to. (***** also did not provide the box dimensions on this tampered box... SUSPICIOUS as all the other orders have clear ********************* Essentially, I'M MISSING 7 PAIRS OF SHOES. The box left at my doorstep was clearly tampered with as the "Tamper Evident Tape" was ripped open, and it was HIDDEN UNDER ANOTHER BOX! Remember when I mentioned this order was split into 4 shipments? The box placed on top was one of the other shoes I needed, untouched. How convenient for whoever screwed me over! I called Adidas ASAP and formally "filed a claim." I waited 14 days as they asked. 14 days later; no update. I called Adidas again, and they said my case was closed so I should call *****. I called *****; they told me to call Adidas so THEY submit a ***************** Claim" with their account info... and not just an investigation. I have photo evidence of delivery and tampering. I still have all the delivery boxes and all the shoes. And here we are. I've spent over $3k out of pocket on this. Adidas was my favorite brand, until now.

      Adidas absolutely needs to stop using Lasership as a courier. Anyone can spend a few seconds to see that Lasership has tens of thousands of complaints of lost and stolen packages. Clearly they do not need to use Lasership as their **** marketplace uses ***** and does not have a systematic issue with lost/stolen packages. Until this changes I will not be purchasing from Adidas.com and advising others to do the same.

      I called Adidas and I got the guy from ***** on the phone I ordered a backpack online and it was flawed The lining of the backpack was messed up and I called all day and I couldnt help me the quality control is bad I have the worst customer service I had to call my bank to file a charge back the backpack they sold me I didnt ask me didnt offer me a refund or exchange terrible customer service
