  Worst company! I don’t how they are able to still function! They even have their employees submit reviews at 5 star! They have had our accounts for three years and it was supposed to be 2. Also, the payments have gone up. The company has all I’ve 2 if the seven to end up all the way to judgements and only started working on them after a year and half of halving our accounts. It’s embarrassing that your company gets a garnishment when they are supposed to be handling this. I have so much more to say but just know that this is a company you should stay far away from.

  This is a scam, no one answer calls, you get hung up on after 4:07 being on hold. They brag about giving outstanding customer service, but they can't answer what is going on with your case or when was the last time a creditor was contacted or if ever.
  When the creditor changes and I update the information and the one time I was able to contact a person they’re at your company they had no update, so I resend the information and tell them it is uploaded to the client portal. They began to tell me they don't have access to that portal. Not to mention they read from a script and keep repeating the same script with no information on clients.
  Then they proceeded to tell me, I should not have got myself in debt, well thank you Captain Obvious I would tell any new customer does not use this company. Use any other company that promise to help with to get a handle on your debt. I HAVE TO GIVE THEM NO STARS BUT I HAVE TO PUT ONE ON THERE FOR EVERYONE TO READ

  Helbing representatives fail to give me full details of the settlement process for enrolling credit cards with them. They only tell you a little at a time. Sent a young lady from Darlington, SC with one sheet of paper and unable to answer my questions. I paid Helbing $422 for thirty six months and was required to pay an additional &1,000 last year. This is not the first time I expressed my concerns about the program. I called them because I received a promotional letter from Helbing. I was lead to believe that I would benefit from there program because I had over ten thousand dollars owed to credit cards company. It appears that Helbing Law firm kept the majority of the monetary benefits. Now, I am left holding the bag and must add thousands of dollars to my income which was not paid by Helbing. Helbing representative was not truthful about the balance of an account, when I received the tax form from the creditor it was almost three thousand dollars more than what Helbing paralegal told me. On February 1, 2022, I telephoned Helbing Law Group and asked to be transferred to the legal department to answer my question. I shared one of my questions with the representative and he said hold on. When he returned to the phone he said "your case has been settled.". I said I have questions . The male representative hung up on me. I called Helbing and a female answered the phone and I explained my questions and concerns to her. I think I let the word H... slip out but I was talking and not yelling at her. I asked her to document that I was going to send a compliant to the BBB. I will never and advise you all not to called any group to enroll your credit cards because they do not tell you the truth upfront. This affected my credit score 2017 until recently. The representative from Darlington said this will affect my credit score for about one two years.

  I have been a client since April of 2020. I have never in 34 months talked to the same person. I also have been served a summons on January 4 due to their inability to clear the account. I'm very upset about this summons. I am at the end of my agreement, but wait, not so fast. Looks like they're coming at me for more money. I'm on SSI, make 1500.00 month, helbing law takes $ 417. I'm not going to make it much longer. Please look into who you are making deals with. I wouldn't recommend helbing law to anyone at this time.
