    You call them, the get the debt settled, you pay them and life goes on. They are also reasonable if you have a hard month and miss one. Just stay in communication and pay on time and issues get solved. Straight forward and easy.

    Helbing law id 31056 ! Took money from me for a year monthly payment of 622.74 and did not pay any of my accounts. They claim that they were trying to make payment arrangements. I called a creditor and was advised that they had not called for any payment arrangements. After a year of payments I called several times to questions what had been paid on one account they made payment arrangements to pay the least account of $500 dollars and made monthly payment of a minimum per month. Beware the company takes your money and waits for your accounts to be in the total red to do anything even wait to be taken to court. You can do that yourself. This is outrageous. This was a sacrifice to make an attempt to pay all of my bills since thru Covid I was not working.
    They kept my money I even paid an extra 1000.00 to help with the account because they keep asking for more money. Of which they returned 900.00 and did not pay my bills. I am having to make payment arrangements myself since I cancelled the account due to non payment of my accounts. I would like to receive my money to pay my accounts since they did not. After paying almost 12,000.00. I feel that I have been taken advantage of. My accounts were up to date before. I am still asking to get this problem resolved and money returned to me.

    My Husband and I experience with Helbing has been a sweet/bitter one. I signed a 3 year contract with Helbling from 6/2019 -5/2022 to consolidate our debt. My husband had 3 credit cards (CC)and I had 3 CC. To their credit they settled and paid my husband CC debtors. He CC debt was much lower than mines and was resolved rather quickly; however, the 3 CC I had was never resolved during our contract period. One of the creditors was made a settlement in 5/22 which extended the contract for another 10 months. I was served twice with a summons by the other two creditors to appear in court. The other 2 were never resolved and I am currently having my check garnished from one of them. I received my paycheck, and it was an amount of $20.00-my livelihood is at risk. I owe this creditor over $5,000, with late fee/interest while waiting for account to be settled-the garnish my check every 2 wks- I can't afford that. I paid Helbing over $13,000 over the 3 years of my contract until I decided that after 3 years, they haven't solved these debts and the contract is being extended, it was time to for me to cancel the contract. previous to me cancelling the contract I asked to speak with the person in charge of my account. I NEVER received a response. There are several times I attempted to call someone and received no help. Every time I called, I received less and less help. I feel like I was ill-advised, especially, now that my paychecks are being garnished. I should have cancelled contract, but I believed (or wanted to believe) these cards would be consolidated. Additionally, I tried to contact creditor they would not speak to me since I was being represented. I felt stuck and didn't know which way to turn until I realized-CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL. The program didn't work for me

    Stay far away from Helbing Law as the never paid any creditors after months of payments. Please don't make the same mistake as many of us did. Every time I call them they either put me on hold for ever or hang up on me. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

    I have had a terrible experience with this company! They will put you on hold and never come back to the phone. No matter who you get they always tell you the same thing-“it is being negotiated! You cannot get to a person beyond the customer service reps and they know Nothing!
    I finished my program with them November of 2021 and found out 10 months later they had not paid Chase bank!! They told me last November 2021 that Chase would only accept 50% pay and not 40%
    I paid a little bit more to cover it!
    So if Chase said last November 2921 they would accept 50% Why have they not been paid?? One of the robots told me my account has 2500.00 + in it
    What are they waiting on????
    Negotiations my rear
    I am calling Chase tomorrow and tell them the situation!
    Be aware of a firm with such behavior
    This is a law business that only learned how to operate dishonesty!

    I have been working with the Helbing law group now for seven months. Everything they said that they could do for me, they are now doing it. The results are Fantastic. Mr. Juan S****** who was assigned to me. He has and is still doing a wonderful and professional job for me. My credit scores have started to increase, and my debt is also going down. I want to thank the Helbing Law Group for helping me through this rough time. And to Mr. Juan S****** thank you sir for everything that you are doing for me, you always keep me so well informed, and I know what is going on with my accounts at all times.
