    They made an unauthorized charge. Have called numerous times about the refund they said they sent and still have not received! I do not recommend doing business with them.

    Today 06/04/2025 I was charged $115 dollars from this company, when I canceled my subscription 01/21/2025 (have my email stating so), they decide to put an order in for me, that is not right, they should not be able to do that. I chatted online of course they couldn't do anything because it was already processed, it should have never been processed and tried calling to talk to someone, nope just automative messages. This is scamming people out of money, I'm going to keep calling and chatting online until I get a refund.

    Scam. They purposely make it impossible to adjust your preferences for shipping or what is put in your cart automatically and how often. Even though FAQs say it's possible, all the links just take you back to you dashboard. If you try to cancel you can only do so with the chatbot. It took me telling it to cancel my membership 9 times before it would do it. We'll see if my money is actually refunded in the 3-5 days the chatbot said it would be...

    I had signed up for this service in Oct. 2024 with a full year subscription. Ive made a couple of orders without issues but now I cannot access any aspect of this site. I spent almost $70 for the year and now no one will answer the phone or chat it just keeps asking me to sign up to become a member.. tried every avenue to get asssistance of. Which all were met with crickets I am not happy!

    ****** . Packages missing in order and boxes of protein bars were opened with missing bars. Cancelled and like otters say almost a hassle to cancel. Stay away

    Like the other complaints say, I think this is a shameful company that they try to play off as ethical but then they scam you when you try to cancel. What happened was that I looked up how to cancel, and you can do it through the auto chat bot. It seemed pretty straightforward, but then When I went in to cancel, it started offering me lower options. The normal yearly rate was $60, which didn't seem too worth it to me anymore since I only buy sleep supplements there; Then they offered me $25 a year. I still declined because I just wanted to cancel, I wasn't using their Service that much anymore. Then they offered me $9 a year and I thought to myself Well that's barely anything, What the heck, I won't turn that one down. So, I accepted that one day before the renewal date. What do you know? The very next day, I got charged $60 anyway. I was very angry and went into chat with customer service. They looked at my account and it turned out that the promotion was for nine dollars the NEXT year, Meaning if I stayed on a year at $60 and then renewed AGAIN, the discount would Finally be applied. Does this make ANY sense to anyone reading this? The total lack of transparency makes me feel like this is a total scam tactic. If you don't read the fine print on your bill, you could easily think you're getting charged the promotional price when it's really $60 again. They did offer to refund me the charge when I angrily messaged customer service again, and then slyly offered to apply $9 to this year's renewal after all, but I told them no way because I don't wanna deal with a slimy company that uses these tactics to keep customers. So much virtue signaling in their ads, but in reality, their marketing and retention tactics are worse than other companies. Beware of these liars.

    Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!! This company will scam you. They offer no customer service, no Chat option, no cancellation option, and no company address. They will not return your inquiries or requests to cancel and stop the auto debit process!

    Beware! When you buy any product from this shady online business they purport to sign you up for an annual "membership" for $59+. Then, year after year, they use the credit card number you gave them for the one purchase to re-sign you up for annual "membership" and bill you. You have to undo this in a time-consuming and unreliable, challenging way online and I am still not confident they actually won't bill me for this damn membership. (I know I went through the same hassle a year ago and I am horrified that they are back at me again.) I am pretty sure this marketing practice is illegal in my state, Oregon, but it is too minor to actually go to court to stop. Outrageous practice! Do NOT patronize this market!!!!!

    It is a joke. They make it impossible for you to cancel your membership. When you do email requesting cancellation, they unilaterally modify your terms with an offer and then start charging you two months later. They refuse to provide a refund stating it should have been cancelled. When, you have tried repeatedly to cancel. Their customer service is horrible and there’s no way to have a conversation with a human. I highly recommend against doing any business with them.

    Avoid Thrive Market, they offer a "promotional" trial period, however, if you actually use their services, they state that it voids the "promotion" so they will not refund you. They also automatically sign you up for auto shipments, I cancelled mine since I was not happy with their products (even have the confirmation email) and was still charged. I would have NEVER reordered these items since I was very disappointed in the first shipment. I have contacted customer service three times now and they keep telling me I am not eligible for a refund. This isn't even the reason I wanted to cancel my membership, I wanted to because I did not enjoy the product I received, plus I am able to get the exact same products they have on their website at my local market for a much cheaper price. This just really made my experience much worse.
