      If I could give a 0 I would. Waited for 4 1/2 hours for 4 tires and an alignment. I was told 1-2 hoursthe manager kept telling me, it is on the rack, literally for 2 hours. Not the worst part of the story. Manager did reduce the price, but only to find the tire was going flat before I even left due to a bad stem. I was told to get it towed back, 18 milesthey would pay for the **** had my local ****** tire guys fix it, and they showed me that 3 of the 4 new tires the wheel locks were. It tightened at all. So bad stem, a flat tire because air came out of it, and the wheel locks. This place should be shut down, I will never go back and will look to get a full refund. I could have been killed driving home.

      Had my vehicle worked on for mainly the same problem and being charged $1500 each time been in there five times and the they still haven't got the problem fixed it's leaking from the oil filter now it's leaking antifreeze out this is one of the main problems I took the car in it's starting ridiculous that they can't fix the problem they've had three thermostats put on it I think they see women coming and they take advantage

      Charged 2 times in my debit card 2 separate days for one transaction this was the store on spring Hill drive in spring hill fl.They tried to blame on many things and did not issue refund had to go thru bank still waiting on that

      I took my car to get an oil change, it was completely fine until after my oil change was done. the technician ******* said my car would not start and that I had a bad battery. I explained that my car was brand new and i had 0 issues before the oil change. The manager ** did nothing but say to jump start or buy a new battery which was over $250. They failed to tell me that technician left my car on while he did the oil change and thats why my battery died. I had to catch an Lyft back in forth to do errands while waiting on a tow truck to take my car to ******. When I got to ****** they told me my battery was fine! ************ wasted because the technician failed to take responsibility for what he had done. I have yet to get a call back from the Area service manager. I want my money reimbursed for EVERYTHING! I will NEVER take my car to another Pep boys again!

      Pep boys ruined my car and they dont care and wont accept responsibility for damages and sloppy incompetant car work. Indifferent defensive dismissive disrespectful and terrible at their job. Wish i could put minus -10 stars.

      In December- January I took my truck in to pep boys because silver rock uses them as a repair service under the warranty service. After a few days I was told that the rear end on my 2014 f150 was i need of replacement along with the engine that was shot. After 3 months of being in the shop I finally got my truck back. The turbos went bad, and the engine had an oil leak . When it went in there was no oil leak but now there was. After numerus return trip to correct the oil leak I was told they cracked the valve cover and it was on back order for months .After a few more weeks I was told the shop had lost its mechanic and to take it to another pep boys . As of now I still have an oil leak and still no valve cover to stop it. This truck has been under there care for over a year and still no one can stop the oil leak

      I ordered a certain ******** tire prior to arriving at the store. I was told the tires would be there on the appointment day. Instead, the service manager *** had a ****** tire installed and did not call attention to the change. He claimed I agree with him on the ****** tire which I did not. He also said I would have had to come into the store in advance of the appointment to pay for the special order tires. No one told me that. I have tried to get the attention of the area manager but with no luck. I would not recommend doing business with these people. Not only is the manager underhanded, but the area management is non-responsive to customer complaints. Because I drove off with the tires (it was dark and I assumed they were the tires I ordered) I was not able to return them for what I ordered. I was offered 3 free oil changes for my trouble. Why would I even want to step foot into that location again. Beware of bad, underhanded business practices. I even wrote to corporate with no response.

      The white guy that was at Pepboys here is a racist. He has no customer **********************. Even though my mom with a brand new **** is patronizing this place.They were supposed to do a diagnostic then all of a sudden he decided to do what he wanted to do and clean the car with no authorization. He was very disrespectful over the phone as he told her that I am not a dog you cant tell me what to do. Im so glad those calls are supposedly recorded. He needs to fired today.

      They ****, I made two appointments with them and both times I was told that even though I made an appointment they couldn't service my vehicle because thier mechanic call in sick.

      Pep boys lied to me about a service cost and after waiting for an hour and a half, for a wheel alignment. Was told there was multiple issues wrong with my vehicle and it was gonna cost me several thousands of dollars instead of the $110.00 price I was quoted at the time of my arrival. Also my vehicle was not in the same condition as it was when I first brought it into the shop. I was kind of fearful to drive it and I felt as if I was scammed by deceptive sales tactics
