    It took me 24 hours to get my test results. My boss is still waiting. I was filing a greivence report . Suddenly my exam completely disappeared from my dashboard. Due to the fact my partner was able to finish the skill after saying skills completed. The same thing happened to me. I asked and was told no. My test was for 12:30. I didn’t go in till almost two. No one was testing. I have to call Credentia twice. This is ridiculous!!!!!

    The worse experience of my life… not only were the testing staff rude, racist, and in no way professional at all, after paying for the test 3 times due to the proctors terrible attitude, unhelpful and unmarked testing sites, and hours long drives to each test, once I was able to take my skills test I was failed by an instructor or test giver that was too busy talking to the male student I was partnered with to even pay attention to my skill. I was marked off for not supporting my clients arm when turning him on his side and not washing my hands at the end of the skill…. Which I did! I’m not wasting another dime on this pursuit and I will be contacting an attorney because surely the time and money I have lost and my family have lost due to credentia is worth something.

    Cancelled 6 times for both combined skill and written exams. NC State does not care. Drove over one hour to take an exam to only be notified that I was cancelled. Will be contacting an attorney.

    This company is absolutely unprofessional. I took my skills test a week ago I still have not received my results. I have called them 6 times all I get is will make a ticket for you and fast track it . I even had my employer call to find out what my results were and sti the same run around story. I was supposed to have my results in 24 hours not a week or whatever it's going to take them before I receive them ita ridiculous. This place shouldn't even be allowed to test people if they can't do there job. this place is a total joke

    I was unaware that another company took over Pearson Vue and my lcertification lapsed. Wtbs credentia is the absolute worse. I passed both my exams but wasn't given back my original nurse aide number back. It had already took credentia months to have a opening for me to test. I waited 5 months which is ridiculous.

    They are the worst ENTITY that any human being will have to deal with EVER!! Exam cancellations is what or the only process that company do.

    This individual has no details or profile at all on our site. The contact information (email address on the complaint) and name provided does not produce any information of any kind, We have no record of this individual any where in our database. seems more of a personal rant than an actual complaint that we can assist with. If this individual can produce the actual name or email they used within our process we would be more than happy to assist and clear what ever the matter is.

    probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. two days I scheduled my written exam in my skills exam. I paid for both of these exams the receipt showed up in my email and my bank account get on the credential app I have no test scheduled anymore and it says contact support. call the number no one helps me they gave me an email to email and complain and show my proof of purchase. has not been resolved I just lost $140
