  We have had a wonderful experience at Traditions of Southpointe. Our sales representative, Julie, helped us to make a good decision on the street to build upon. Kristen and Melissa, our design consultants, were extremely knowledgeable about what interior and exterior choices were available. Al, our project manager, was always available to us and he returned our calls and texts immediately. The best part was they worked as a team to make our home a reality. Thank you.

  Impressed with sales; (Colleen). She was thorough, follows up and very approachable. Veronica at front desk super. She was customer service focused, friendly. Donna and Sharon were in design. They were great. They were honest with our selections and gave recommendations. They are skilled in what they do. They followed through with questions and help. Went out of their way to help with concern about garage door , as we were concerned that both doors should match. I can't say enough about them. Ryan our builder was great. He addressed issues at hand during build with guidance and answers. The build, and quality of work are disappointing. We upgraded to paint colors in all rooms. The painting work is really poor. We should have just gone with the white colors and got our own painter. We upgraded the trim. Trim work poor quality. Upstairs bathroom the tile doesnt go under trim at corner where bath tub is. We did the build in on the extended loft and 2 of the 4 doors wont open, they are painted shut. The paint quality on that is poor. Its gritty. The first week we were their we had sewage coming out of the master shower drain. I called emergency contact and was told that they are coming 10/16 to replace some faucets that were not correct color they will address then. I told them that was not acceptable. (Sobieski) Someone finally come with a snake and said there was blockage but his snake wasn't long enough and he had to go home as his child was sick so someone would come tomorrow. He explained this happens that during build construction crew throw garbage down and it then clogs the drain. The tech did come next day and resolved issue. 5 days later more tissue paper came up drain and toilets didn't empty correctly. Did resolve later in the day, but continues to be an issue to this day. We have our punch list for Nov., trying to be patient. For the price of this home, the quality is really poor with all the upgrades. Disappointed in that.

  Above expectations. Always helpful and professional. Handled small issues in a timely fashion.

  We have been here now for over 2 years and couldn't be happier. We were very lucky with our construction and early stages of planning as everything we asked for we were able to get. From working with Nancy at the beginning, to our design stages, everything went very smooth and timely. We were able to take our time and were not rushed. Once we moved in we had very few things needing to be taken care of and those items that needed attention were fixed in an appropriate amount of time. We are very lucky to have had such a good experience and are very happy to be in such a great community in such a great town!

  Excellent building experience. Our home came out exactly like we wanted it. This is a custom builder not a cookie cutter builder. The products used in the home are all name brands. What other builder gives you a 1/2 inch insulation over the 3/4 inch sheeting in addition to full insulation between the studs on the inside. The utility bills are much lower than a normal built home because of this. Also these are stick built unlike other builders in the area that drop full walls manufactured in a warehouse. The site manager Greg Adzima is a great asset as he makes sure things are done correctly and pays attention to detail. I would recommend this builder who is looking for a 55 and older community. There is no one else that comes close. While other builders drop seed to start your lawn TOA give you a fully sodded lot. The clubhouse and pool are beautiful! People that visit that live in other 55 and older communities also comment how beautiful our community is.

  From start to finish the process of buying our home was a breeze. The sales office was knowledgeable, courteous and never pressured us for the sale. The house was built ahead of schedule and the house inspection was flawless.
  The community at Locust valley has much to offer. There are a variety of activities and functions planned and we find a good portion of the residents get involved in one or more activities. The entire site is walker's dream with numerous paths around the homes and in the adjacent woods.
  We are sure this was the right place for us.

  Great concept, high quality construction, great people in the community… While there are mostly negative comments here, I would say that at least 95% of my neighbors and friends are very satisfied with the lifestyle!

  One star only because you can't pick "0". They always have excuses. They are not responsible and always defer any issues that seem rarely to be resolved. TOA hires less than reputable companies but the HOA requires 1 million insurance and registered companies. Don't think you can do any of your own work. People respond by saying read the contract. You can not possibly prepare for the poor quality despite the high end prices and disinterested customer service. This company would rather redo things over and over again rather than do it correctly the 1st time. Communities look good and this I give them credit, looks good but not practical choices. Beautiful clubhouse, no storage. Residents required to keep trash inside but they did not make any indoor space at the clubhouse. If you are thinking about a great community for over 55, pass this builder up.

  I have been trying for a month to get realistic pricing for a home in the Chesterfield community. I live out of state but visited the location 4 times before meeting with the selling agent. Since then (over a month), I have called and left numerous messages plus sent texts to agents phone. Replies are non-existent. Finally spoke to the agent 7/24 and was told he would get a call back with the information requested before I could even move forward. Today is the 29th and agent is now going on vacation. This would have been my 5th and last house I would build but if communication is this bad when I haven’t even bought a home, how confident would I feel moving forward……………
