      Replaced wood fireplace with gas insert & did a fantastic job. Later, had an issue with the gas insert itself and they came to fix it but ended up having to order a new insert. They quickly came back and replaced the gas insert. Everything works great. Reliable & knowledgeable. Great communication. Highly recommend.

      **** was extremely professional in his response to our request for service. He converted our propane grill to natural gas. He also cleaned and made sure all connections were in good working order. He also cleaned and serviced our propane fire pit. I would highly recommend this business!

      Many texts back and forth with promises to call with details about pricing and then multiple delays after saying he was coming but never showed up and neglected call backs. I dont know if he cares about doing business when he says he is serious about doing a job.

      Unfortunately I am extremely short handed and cant find any more employees that after training, can trust that they will uphold the values and confidence in which I demand to represent my business. Although it is NO EXCUSE, I am currently handling All aspects of the business by myself and have but one employee. I admit that I may have let a customer or two fall through the cracks, but it currently is my main focus to find office, phone, day to day help to resolve this situation in the future. Thank You

      I had been looking for someone to repair or replace an exterior gas lamp for a few years and nobody seemed to want or have the ability to do the job. Within a week of finding these guys they were able to fix the problem and get a replacement globe on my lamp in a few hours. Very happy to have it working again and looking great!

      We hired PGH G&G to install a new gas grill on our deck. When they came to install they also converted our black stone to nat gas at no extra charge! **** and *** were very polite and professional and got the job done quickly and neat. We just hired them to install a light post at the end of our driveway and are having them service our fireplace.

      **** and *** did a fantastic job with our project throughout our community in **************** (Mallard Landing off of ************************). We got tired of spending anywhere between $2000-$2500 a year on mantels when we had dual burners. Because they are so fragile they consistently needed replaced which not only was expensive but also aggravating. We decided to change over to a flame burner and I cannot tell you what an amazing job these two gentlemen did, but also how beautiful they look and they illuminate our neighborhood so much more. They were both such a pleasure to work with and we have a couple more projects for them to do because they did such a great job on this one. I highly recommend using Pittsburgh Gas Grill and Heater ** as you will not be disappointed!

      We had them over today to work on our gas light outside and they were very courteous and a fair price. **** knows what he is doing.
