  Purchased these shoes thinking this was a true company. It took about 4 weeks for me to receive my order. The shoes were the wrong size. I emailed customer support and was emailed back saying they would give me a discount if I kept the shoes. I said I did not want the shoes as they did not fit so why would a discount make them better. They then replied that I could give them as a gift to someone. And then told me it's a shame for me to return them cause they will inspect them and then toss them in the trash. I asked for my money back and now I am no longer being contacted. This is a scam company selling cheap shoes. I will never get my money back.

  Zero. I purchased shoes, did not fit, hurt my feet. Wanted a return immediately. This company is horrible. Doesn't answer the phone, gives you the run around. I am disputing with my credit card company and going back and forth with emails. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY !! Absolutely unprofessional and a lie of a full money back guarantee!!

  Advertised 100% satisfaction, I found this to be untrue Poor quality and poor fit. Toe box was tight and the heel length was short Asked to return shoes for a larger pair and was offered a 20% discount on a new order After many emails the above offer was the only resolution given False advertising, false guarentee of satisfaction

  My initial experience with ************************** was outstanding, earning my loyalty. I purchased walking sneakers that were incredibly comfortable, high-quality, and genuinely helped with my heel issue. They quickly became my go-to shoes, and I was so impressed that I confidently ordered a second pair.However, my recent experience has been a complete nightmare, shattering my trust in the company. For my second order, I wanted the same excellent walking sneakers, but in a different color. Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy with the shipping address, and the shoes never arrived.Since then, what should have been a simple resolution has turned into months of frustration. I placed this order back in March, and after numerous calls to customer service, I was repeatedly told to wait 60 days for a refund. Despite patiently waiting well over 60 days, I still haven't received my money ******* make matters worse, when I spoke with a customer service representative today, she astonishingly admitted that they had been holding my refund request for quite a while. This confirms that the delay isn't just an oversight, but an active decision on their part to withhold my money. The customer service throughout this process has been unhelpful, evasive, and frankly, ***************'s incredibly disappointing that a company that once provided such a high-quality product and positive experience has now demonstrated such poor customer service and questionable refund practices. I am left without my product, without my money, and with a complete lack of faith in **************************'s ability to resolve issues fairly

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The purchasing experience was not bad and I received the shoes timely. However, the quality is extremely poor. I tried them on as soon as I received them and instantly did not like them and knew I intended to send them back. The return experience has been a completely frustrating process. I think they are trying to push the return past the 45 day return period so they do not have to issue a refund. There is nothing wrong with these shoes for them to deny a return. They want to give me a discount and let me gift them to someone. Why would I gift something I absolutely do not like to someone else!?!? I don't like leaving negative reviews for anyone but they have not left me much of a choice. ALL I WANT TO DO IS RETURN THEM AND GET REFUNDED.

  I bought a pair of shoes from Comfort Wear Shoes. When they finally got here, I tried them on. They were uncomfortable and did not meet the standards that they set forth in their ad. I tried them on with socks and kept them on no longer than five minutes. When I tried to return them, they gave me all kinds of excuses. First, they wanted me to keep the shoes and they would refund me 20% of my charge. Then they wanted me to keep the shoes and they would send me a gift certificate for the full value of my shoes. Then they wanted me to donate the shoes to a charity and send them a copy of the certificate of donation before they would refund my money. Ive gone through several emails with them and they still refuse to refund my money. The shoes are extremely uncomfortable. Stay away from this company!! I would leave a zero star rating if I could. I give this company an F.

  Why didn't I look here before buying. Same problem with return - said they would refund me after I donated them and showed them the receipt. I wound up going through my credit card company to get the charge reversed. The shoes were small even though I sized up and frankly ugly. Comfort wise they didn't seem to be any more than any other no name brand. What a headache.

  Absolutely do not buy, do not attempt to buy.. this company is a fraudulent company. They will take payment and will not send you your items. Once you realize you dont have your items no tracking number, no way to see when you will receive your items, They will cut all communication, you will need to go through your bank to request a FULL REFUND.The company only offers gift cards for you to use so you can wait on them items never to arrive You would have better luck with ANOTHER COMPANY. Im sure they will delete this review too!! Good luck!

  i had the same experience. they even told me i need to donate the shoes and submit a receipt which i did and they will still not give a refund. 1. how do we get our money back/2, how do we get these scammers locked up?

  Dealing with the ComfortWear company is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. They never refund the inserts they said they would refund and the second pair they sent didnt fit either and the wouldnt reply to my concern. So, long story short, I paid ($100) for two pairs of shoes I cant wear. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The product is c*** and the customer service is worse!!!
