    While I loved the fit, color, and comfort the minute i hit a wet spot on the floor, I hit the ground! Definitely not suitable for "messy" situations. Couldnt return then since i had worn them. No crap! How else would I know they would almost kill me??

    Trouble with refund. Even though there **** says 45 day money back guarantee. It has been a process already and still no where with getting my refund . They wanted me to keep shoes and only get 30% money back. Then I said no I want my full refund not the shoes , they don't fit! They emailed me days later to drop them off at a ************** and get the donation slip to show them! It's a process and there trying to go over 45 days so they don't have to give a refund ! Stay away!!

    This is a scam!! The shoes are of very poor quality, and they will not refund your money. Every time I requested a refund, they had a reason not to do a return. First, they wanted me to try them for 45 days, then it was an offer of a 20% refund, and lastly, it was a store credit. Do not buy these sneakers!!

    I shouldve checked your website sooner. The shoes were uncomfortable and when I attempted to get a return started and a refund, I have gotten nothing but run around. Obviously never going to see my money, shoes for a poor quality, poorly fitting.

    I just received my shoes and I ordered my normal 7.5 and they are way to big. My feet slide and the arch part isn't even in the right spot. Also your heel is supposed to go down a little and it doesn't. Not comfortable at all

    0 Review score. The shoes smell like burnt plastic. The size is toooo small. The shoes are the wrong pair. I have been going around in circles with customer service through email. They haven't outright said it but I believe they are trying to get out of refunding my money. Previous comments are on point. DON'T BUY.

    The worst company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Refused to allow exchange, promised a new pair to replace that was 15 days ago!!! Not another word from them or reply to my emails. I'm out money and I'm very angry!!!!

    The shoes are made with extremely cheap materials. Tried to return them four times but they email back with offers of 30% refund or use a stalling tactic. I may not get my money back from comfortwear shoes. I would urge you to reconsider purchasing from this company. You will not be happy with the shoes they send you. The shoes are junk and not worth five dollars in my opinion.

    I ordered on 03/17/25 and never received my order. So it's been 2 months with no shoes and no refund. Now I'm struggling with even getting g a response!!!! Tracking information says it was undeliverable for whatever reason and sent back to a mail recovery center. I have called their 800 customer service number several time and left voice messages. Have filled out their website contact forms and have sent 3 emails. Still no resolution, refund, or response!!!!
