  False advertisement regarding shoe size. I am now out 100 dollars and 2 pairs of shoes I cannot use. They wont refund my money or send me the correct size shoe. I've emailed 27 times, called multiple times No answer.

  DONOT!!!! order NOTHING from these scammers!!! they will not give you a return address for returns! nor!!! I ordered a 7 they sent a 8.5!!!! there a SCAM!!!!!

  The shoes are flimsy and not good at all. I have emailed ComfortWear and on may 18th a person named Celeste from customer service wrote me back that they would give me 30% back if I'd just keep the shoes, I said OK but I still haven't received anything and they won't respond to my emails anymore.

  DON’T DOIT!!! They are not reputable!
  
  I bought two pairs because they were supposed to be orthopedic shoes. I tried them on inside my house and the toe area is too wide for my foot. Their shoes don’t come in other widths. I emailed them the second day asking for a full refund (as their website says is available within 45 days) and return address. They have been giving me the email run around for a full week.
  
  Their multiple emails to me consist of:
  1. They asked for a picture
  2. They asked for another picture
  3. They confirmed they found my order and insisted they sent me the size I ordered.
  4. They want to give me 50% coupon to buy another pair. And to give these too a friend.
  5. Now they say it is for hygienic purposes they want me to keep the shoes, to maintain the health & safety of their employees. Also they have a strong commitment to sustainability and are trying to cut down on waist. Again offering me a free pair to replace the ones I have, with a free pair and $50 gift card from them (for I guess another pair?)

  I have yet to get an address to return them to and absolutely no information on how my $119 will be returned to me!

  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
  O NEED TO TETIRN THE 3 PAIRS OF SNEAKERS. THE PHONE Number INVALID PHONE NUMBER. REQUESTED 6 TIMES THROUGH EMAIL SUPPORT EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY. PHONE IS INVALID.

  Seconding Rick B, don't buy from these people. Their site claims hassle free refunds, but all they have done through repeated rounds of emails is cite how they are environmentally responsible and it would be wasteful to take the shoes back and have to throw them away (as they weren't worn, this is not reasonable) and can't I just gift them to someone with a partial refund? No. I'm still arguing to get my refund for shoes that do not fit.

  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. A reputable business will return products and issue a refund. NOT THESE SCAMMERS. I wear size 11 shoes. I ordered a size 11 shoe. They sent me a size 5. I contacted them and all they did was argue with me when I wanted a return shipping label and a refund. I paid with Paypal so I disputed the order with Paypal. NO HELP THERE. They must be buddies. Any reputable company like Walmart or Amazon or Ebay would issue a refund and get a return shipping label. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
