  Comfort Wear is a fraud. I should have looked up reviews before buying into their hype. They say the offer a "45 day return guarantee" but now no one will respond to my requests for a refund or for return shipping labels. (The shoes are way too small and not at all wide, which is necessary for these type of shoes). When I email them I get an automated email saying "sorry you are not happy. please donate the shoes to the Salvation Army". Seriously?? They say that once you donate, to get a receipt for that and then they will refund me. But I know that is not going to happen.
  There is no phone number to call. I assume this is yet another Chinese company looking to scam consumers in the US.

  Scam website, still awaiting for shipping label for a purchase from Dec the 22, 2023. The Disclaimer on website stated comes in wide yet the shoes are narrow. Also, disclaimer states hassle free return yet the representative gave unreasonable response asking for a picture of the shoe and shoe size for us to keep the shoe. It makes no logical sense to remove the insoles if we bought the shoes specifically for foot issues. My husband needed the memory foam for heel spur issues. After responding to the email,no further correspondence from the online company. I will most definitely contact my creditor to dispute the charges. Please do not conduct business with this scammer.
  
  Product comes in a bag woth no box. Buyer beware, product mostly likely from China in china shoe size numbers. For the price of the shoes, invest in quality name brand shoes.

  We received our shoes on Saturday, the 30 of December. However my daughter worn her shoes three times, and while we were at the mall, she noticed one of her shoe came lose on the sides. My shoes feel loose and hurt my heels. I would like to send both pair back. There was no packing slip to return them. Please tell me how to send them back to you. I want to send them back and requesting for a full refund. Below is a picture of my daughter shoes.

  First of all, their quality control is terrible. I ordered a size 6. I wear a size 5.5-6. They were too small. Looks like a size 5 as compared to my current sneakers. When I contacted customer support they gave me an ultimatum that I could get another pair but only once. So I ordered a size 7 and they were too big. They will not fit either and customer service won’t deal with my problem. I have 2 pair of their sneakers neither which I can wear. Can’t talk to a person either. Will never order from them ever again.

  These shoes are a farse z
  Nothing about them are supportive and the smell of glue is atrocious.
  I’ve reached out to them for refund instructions without any response.

  Comfortwear did a great job FOOLING ME into buying a pair of shoes. They responded quickly to questions and even sent the shoes out quickly. I got them and they were way too small, clearly not the size I ordered. There's no size marking on the shoes. I asked for a full refund as is advertised on their website. The responded that they would send me a new pair of shoes ... a larger size. I was to keep the shoes I had and gift them to someone else. At first I tried to get the refund but they said I was eligible for only 30% refund and keep the shoes. OR I would get a larger size sent. Those were my ONLY 2 choices. These shoes come directly from China. There is a website promise of "Try 45 days risk free -- Walk comfortably and pain free or your money back!" And, "45-Day Money Back Promise - Test our items for up to 45 days. Return them for a full refund." They will not give me my money back!

  Let's be honest here. There's no office, no support, not even a phone number to check the status. You pay your money and just hope. I've been waiting almost a year for my order and feel helpless. They just hand you a tracking link and leave you to it. My advice? Steer clear of this scam.

  This company is terrible. The telephone customer service line is bogus. The even say on the website that the line will always be busy. Products are misrepresented according to my podiatrist. Shoes have no orthopedic value. They claim to have 100% guarantee return policy., still haven’t received refund. Address is fake too. It is a Amazon fulfillment center not company address. Online support awful too. Don”t waste time or money with this website or company. PayPal states funds taken taken from Québec. Sketchy. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

  Received the wrong size shoes. Company lied never received my replacement shoes never gave me my money back and stopped corresponding. I do not see any legitimately. Placed order 5/18/23.

  Do not order from this company, as you will be unable to return the shoes if necessary. And quality of the shoes is poor.
