      Never, and I mean never, use Armstrong wifi for gaming or ANY sort of medium to high usage of the internet. Every day, I'm beyond shocked and amazed at how dreadful the poor connection is. My 5G download speed went from about 260 Mbps to 50-60 over a few months... THATS PATHETIC!!! I'VE CHANGED NOTHING!!!! This is all while ignoring the DVR problems stated in another review and the NEVER ending ping spikes from 50-90 to 5 DIGITS. 5 digit ping?? Armstrong, for the longest time, has been such a disgusting excuse for a cable and wifi provider. They're coming today to replace and upgrade everything. If this isn't fixed, I'll be finding another provider that's for sure.

      After months of terrible wifi connection from both 2.5 AND 5g, finally, the cable box just stopped working. Someone came out and fixed it, and not even 24 hours later the junk box was broken again. So now here I am, 4 in the morning getting home and I don't have TV. So I call customer support and get connected with someone who can't even speak English, with terrible mic quality. Wouldn't recommend it to a single person and don't see myself possibly keeping their service in the future.

      I lost Armstrong TV service in 75% of my home for 1 week and they refuse to give me credit. They said my equiipment was not set up right 2 years ago. Not sure how that was my fault.

      I had the dvr and it didn't work for months. After multiple calls and complaints I stopped it. They kept saying we are working on it! Error 404. They did not fix it but kept billing for it Now the email isn't working. But we will still get billed for this. I called and was on hold for ever. I gave up. I had to trade in 3 remotes they would just quit working. For such a profitable company there should be more customer service. And I am tired of paying for things that don't work. Unfortunately they have a monopoly here in Butler County. Come on armstrong have some ethics! Stop making us pay for something that doesn't work! It used to be a good company. Not anymore!!

      Armstrong is the worst internet provider ever always out of service not reliable at all customer service is horrible I would recommend going to a different provider dont waste your time and money!!!

      Armstrong wants you to think there, a top notch ********************************* provider they promise all kinds of gadgets and features . And from my perspective as a paying customer none of their ******************** for high speed internet works as promised.the small town I live in only has 1 cable TV ,net provider so that means you only get what this worthless cable provider wants to put it out , as lousy

      I thought $140/month was outrageous for internet and cable from Armstrong considering the minimal very bad programming and how wealthy the owner is. So, I ditched cable, got my Armstrong bill down to $80/month for internet, got out my ROKU and subscribed to SLING for $58/mo. That was a negative move. It has been nothing but frustration. Mostly, tiling and the voice going out of sync with the pic. I have to unplug everything and restart it. I'm old enough to remember when you turned on the stupid TV, picked your channel, and watched. And it cost $0. We're going to H in this country.I hasten to add that the people working for Armstrong are generally pleasant and competent. So it's not them.

      I am tired of paying an out of sight bill and halfway through a program my screen goes black and a circle appears saying loading video. I have missed the beginning, end and middle of many shows. This happens almost daily. They try to resolve the issue and usually do, but it happens much to often. I am completely unhappy with why they can charge so much, and do nothing to fix the problem permanently.

      We have had Armstrong for 13 yrs with no problem. Until now when they put this new streaming box in. It goes off at least once a week. We lose internet an tv with our old box we never lost tv when internet was out. We ask for old cable box back they said can't do that

      Terrible service! I work from home and needed faster internet service. I called Armstrong and upgraded to their fastest service which came with a heftier price and 2 Plume Wi-Fi boxes. I completely lost my TV internet after doing this. A tech came out and couldnt fix it. I called to have it put back to my original internet service, but they cant do that until the boxes are returned to them. Theyre office hours 8:30-4:00 and are not conducive to a regular persons work day schedule. So I am paying a lot more for way less service! Ive been with them for 30 years and I am now looking for a new provider. Very disappointed!
