    My sewer line ruptured a few years ago. They sent a plumber out who said it was cracked, but no repair was ever done. Fast forward to present day. My sewer line is now cracked in a different place. They sent out three guys in a sedan with Chihuahua plates. They dug around trying to find the cracked pipe and broke the overflow pipe in the process. While Im waiting for a camera to be run, the pipe backed up again. I called to have someone come out, but nobody has called to schedule a time. I called another plumber in the meantime (expect to receive that bill, SLW). They unclogged the pipe and ran a camera within an hour, finding tree roots in the line, which is supposed to be covered by SLW. My sewer line needs to be replaced. I hope this doesnt go to arbitration, but at this rate, thats where it may end up.

    A plumber was sent out on a Sunday to fix a leaking Quest/PB-1 water line. The water was only off for an hour and then everything was back online. I was very pleased with the quick response.

    Service Line Warranty customer ********************** is terrible. I spent over 2 months trying to get them to acknowledge their receipt of our payment (via check). They used every delay in the book, and I even told them the bank who processed our check. I finally turned it over to my bank and they had no problem in crediting my account for my payment. *** lost my business, and I will tell all I know to avoid the company.

    I have been with Service Line Warranties of America for a few years and have never filed a claim however got a notice that my bill wasn't paid 12/24 so I sent proof of the canceled paid to them check.After 4 months of multiple calls ,certified letters of proof of payment they canceled my sewer line coverage.I still have water line *********** still fighting but no one calls or responds from **** or their new owner Home Serve!Do not use this company.I will find another company but will continue to try to get some answers as to why they took my ****** dollars and claim they didn't get it when I proved otherwise!Just awful!!!

    I had them out to repair sewer line in December. It took a month and a half to get the plumbers to finish the repair. We couldn't use the bathroom for weeks. I was happy that they finally got it repaired. A few months later, in March, we had a foundation leak. They sent a plumber and he said it was the previous plumbers who repaired the sewer line that caused the leak. It has been a month and no one calls or follows up and there is water flowing from under the house. I call almost every day and only get excuses. The city has contacted us twice about the water usage. I still can't get them to get it repaired. They collect the money and have nice people in the office, but the follow through is non-existent and plumbers they use are non-responsive.

    There customer ********************** was always in contact with me while looking to get a contractor out for my plumbing needs. I did not have to stress to look for a number they called and scheduled for me and had them also come back the next day to confirm everything was still running good. It is truly a peace of mind having them.I had my senior parents also sign up as I trust they will also be in good hands if they ever need to call them.
