    Called on a Thursday was told a contractor had my work order they never called, by Saturday I was a bit upset but I called the office and was taken care of that same day. All of this happened on a Saturday, the team came out no issues. Polite and efficent did great job.

    For several months we were receiving cancellation notices, however we had never received a bill. Each time we received a notice Id call to ask why we still had not received a billing. Each time I was assured we would receive a bill and never received a bill. Were now cancelled.

    Filed a claim on my water line leaking into the basement, they immediately took my information and the whole water line was replaced and the water meter move to outside.. the work was done done ***** heights plumbing service. Definitely would highly recommend there services.. great job and thank you. Service line warranty.

    Called them about my main line being plugged and 30 hrs later and many calls no one has shown up i don't live far from 2 major cities in ** and they couldn't find anyone to fix the problem after this deal I won't renew my contract with them poor service and a big run around

    Had them for years until it came time to correctly repair waterline. They patched it over and over again with 4 breaks in a 7 foot run instead of just replacing the 7 feet. When I asked why the plumber said they wont approve the line replacement and just patched again. I ended up fixing it myself and canceled my contract with them.
