    Had a leak in main line to house from meter, they had a plumber at the house within 24 hours, leak identified and fixed within 2-3 hours. ***** at Johnco Plumbing did a great job.

    ****! Contacted them when our sewer backed up, they said they would cover up to 8,500$. A guy here in our small town who has done work for them was just going to put his equipment away the next day due to very cold temps. He did the work the very next day, (we had been without a sewer for a week already). Called them and they refused to cover it , said we never called them, we did, and then said they needed to set up the job, even though this is a guy they have used in our area previously. Then they said they would review the claim and call us back in a few minutes. They did not. We called them back. They refused to cover it.
