I have been paying my loan payment for my car financed through this company since June of 2023 and I have not seen this reported to my credit report yet. I have called them and asked them why its not showing my loan or on time payments on my credit report and I have been paying on it for over 6 months. They stated to me that they do report it each month to the creditors and that they will open an investigation to why its not showing up on my credit report, this was 3 months ago and I get no replies from them on it. This company has some very shady business practices that need to be looked into. All I want it for it to show on my credit report I have a loan with them and that I been making my payments on time bringing down the balance.Business Response

The credit bureaus stated account name (FLAGSHIP CREDIT ACCEPTANCE ) and account number ********** was properly investigation but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and date last reported is not accurate. This ground for removal. They also they violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2:The law clearly states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions. I was informed by a mortgage lender that Flagship had not been reporting my payments since 03/23. All of my payments have always been on time, I've contacted Flagship and have not got a response as to why they are not reporting my payments.Business Response

My credit has not been consistently updated monthly. I finally got this company to report 5 months worth of payments. This was all added a one time so it looked like I was catching up on my payments but it was reported. Now I haven't had any other payment reported since my September payment. I have made my payments and would like my credit to reflect those payments monthly not 5 months at a time. I have called repeatedly and just receive the same information that the credit bureaus only update every 2 months even though my husband is with the same company and his has updated.Business Response

I have been under a car loan contract with Flagship Credit and have had all time payments with this company since 2017. I will be making my last payment Dec. 22, 2023. My complaint is that Flagship has not been reporting my payments to ***** ***** since May 2023 which is totally unacceptable to the consumer. I have opened a dispute with Trans Union and have tried to speak with a Sup/Mgr with Flagship and was informed that there was no one that I could speak with. A refund check was mailed out to me ***********************, It went to my old address (*******************, Apt, Bronx NY ******) and it was returned. I keep updating my account with the new address, I don't know what games Flagship is being played here. I have been updating my new address (*****************************, Mount Vernon, NY ********) over and over, and even so, they withheld the Check. The Check was never made out to Flagship Credit. The check is in my name *********************** and I never authorized Flagship to apply that to my account also, I never received a copy of the check or any amount different in my account or any money being applied to my account. I spoke to a Supervisor over 3 weeks ago and she told me she would be mailing the check out to my new address and I still never received it. Tonight, 12-5-2023 I called Flagship Credit and they are giving me the run around about the check. My account is up to date, I told the representative, ********, I will be reporting Flagship Credit to the Better Business Bureau, and the Governor of NY for dishonesty and he hung the phone up on me. I found out that the Insurance company Issue me a GAP Refund check in my name ***********************. My account is current and up-to-date and as I was told the check should've been mailed to me. They lied that they didn't have my new address and every month since April 2023, I have been updating my new address with them. On the 6th of each month; I made my payment and update my address. I called spoke to several representative and even update the new address. Before I submit the claim with BBB, I called Flagship Credit on 12/05/2023, the representative was very disrespectful and told me I shouldn't be asking about the check, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hang the phone up on me. I called back and spoke with a supervisor (****) she told me upper management will me within 24 hours and they still didn't call.

The check was mailed out to *********************************************. I received a call from a supervisor in November 2023 about the check. I told her since April 2023 I have changed my address and even so I updated my address each month when making my monthly payment.
I have to make several calls and report Flagship Credit to the BBB, before the check was mailed out to ********************************* This was after I reached out to BBB. Not before, the disrespectful and nasty customer service representative, who told me they will not give me the check, but will applied it to my account. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hanged up on me and I had to call back.
I finally received the check on December 9th 2023. ( All because I make the report to the BBB).

I am rejecting this response because:Not only has this company refused to post my loan as recently as last week they refused to post my payments. I was lied to by numerous representatives that their third party vendor was having issues. However after contacting the vendor and being advised that they had no issues i spoke with a manager named *****. Miraculously since i had a representative from ******* on the phone with me and the vendor my payments posted while on the phone. I have since moved my loan away from this scam company and a lawyer now is processing paperwork for a lawsuit which many others have filed also.

OKI can never get in touch with these people. There is $1394 in at the dealership. They solely call me to squash the deal. They're already paid out 23000 plus on the loan and then with what the remainder of what the dealership has that they aren't pressing the dealership like they pressed me for payments. I understand I sign a contract. Pay blah blah blah but in the end I have paid way up. It's saying I'm passed due. I'm not passed due anything I'm way ahead. They haven't reported to the credit credit bureaus. So on my credit. It says I still owe 26000 plus dollars on a car that I only owe. In reality, $500 say keep adding payments and letting it build when they should a halt it until everything was resolved. Because they already got 23900 some my dollars. I just tried to call and somebody was supposed to talk to. Whoever in the company because there's something going on when I count. And they shouldn't have been calling for a payment or something of that sort that they had to payment sit in there. Or something of the sort. So I would like to have this resolved. Because I can't do anything with a $26000 car. I don't oh my credit. My credit score is still down but the loan is way down. I appreciate assistance in resolving this matter in a timely manner. I make my payment of 536.40 monthly they have failed to report payments since April of 2023 making me look like I owe more than I do. I have reached out several times. I want this fixed it's bad enough the charge nearly 30% for a car loan, I do my part by paying it they should do theirs by reporting I paid it.Business Response
