    Flagship stated I would be charged for a payoff request. I was also given false information. I have never been late on a payment, However at the end of the Loan they tacked on deferred amount that amounted to 4,035. I wasn’t given this information until 3 weeks before the loan maturity date. I was told I had 120 days on June 15. Loan matured on July 15, but today when I called they’re saying the loan matured June 15. I’ve been giving so much false information it has made it impossible to payoff the car in a timely manner. When I called for a payoff amount I was told that information would cost 60, which I could not afford. They finally gave me the loan payoff amount 1 week before the payoff date.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have reached out to Flagship Credit and complained.  I was told there was a $60.00 payment required for a payoff.   Of course, you will not find this in your investigation, because the representative will not report this information against themselves.  I am dismayed that you are not taking the customer experience seriously.  I have made all my payment within 30 days.  I have been told several times I was an excellent customer.  I never missed a payment.  I have reviewed your reviews and I understand why your reviews are so bad.  Through this entire experience you have portrayed me as a liar when this has been a nightmare for me.   My account has been paid, and I am simply asking that you remove the negative reporting from credit.  Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:   Flagship has not investigated this issue thoroughly.  I stated that to obtain the the payoff amount, the charge would be $30.00 .  I have had several inaccurate statements.  I simply ask that you put the consumer first..
