    0 stars! This company is the worst! They did not give us credit for one of our payments EVEN AFTER supplying a letter of proof of payment from the bank, a screen shot of the payment, and multiple calls to their customer service. Now they are charging us late fees and constantly calling us. We should have read their reviews before taking their loan. Scammers. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Flagship is unable to process payments made by check before receiving it, even if a customer or financial institution provides information about the check.     Signed an agreement for a 4 month payment deferment and was told they will not honor it. Only two months they say they will honor but the agreement I signed was for 4 months. They claim it was a clerical area on their end and that they don't have to honor the letter since according to them they never give 4 month extensions only 2. So my question is agreement in writing not binding. The terms and conditions from original loan were written and agreed to So what is the difference now? Also my maturity date in the letter changed to reflect 4 more months on the loan. Also including the extra interest accrued is equal to 4 months as stated in the agreement letter stating my next payment is not due until 7/11. I keep asking for Director but I have yet to talk to one. I keep getting supervisors that immediately start off rude as soon as they get on the phone to speak to me. I know my rights and I should be able to receive some type of assistance due to the error on their part.

    I am filing this complaint against Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC due to their ongoing failure to correct inaccurate debt reporting on my credit report. For over a year, I have been disputing this repossession and associated debt with Flagship Credit Acceptance, yet they have continually failed to resolve the issue.Despite multiple attempts to dispute this matter through proper channels, they have continued reporting inaccurate information, negatively impacting my credit profile. I have documented evidence, including a letter they sent which states a different balance amount from what they are reporting to the credit bureaus, further proving the inconsistencies in their reporting. This demonstrates a clear lack of accountability in verifying the accuracy of the information they are furnishing.I have exhausted all reasonable efforts to have this issue corrected, including direct correspondence with Flagship Credit Acceptance, disputing through credit bureaus, and seeking legal clarification under consumer protection laws. Their unwillingness to resolve this dispute is unacceptable, and I am requesting immediate action to remove the erroneous information from my credit report.I urge the Better Business Bureau to review this matter and assist in getting Flagship Credit Acceptance to properly investigate and correct their errors. Their continued misreporting not only violates consumer rights but also undermines financial integrity.Desired Resolution:I request that Flagship Credit Acceptance:- Immediately cease reporting the inaccurate repossession and debt on my credit report.- Provide a formal statement confirming the correction to all relevant credit bureaus.- Ensure that any future reporting complies with consumer protection laws.Failure to resolve this matter promptly may result in further action, including legal recourse.

    After repossessing my car. They now tell me they can't find me anywhere in their records but are still making me pay the loan. It's killing my credit score I have tried working with these people and they are hopeless.

    Told different customer service **** on the phone multiple times that I was trying to register my vehicle in another state and that the state was trying to get in touch with them through fax for information pertaining to my title so that I could get my vehicle registered in a timely manner, its been almost 3 months now and no one can from the state has received any information back pertaining to my vehicle!

    I was approved for an auto loan in 2019 for a 2020 brand new vehicle. My payments were high but I could afford it. My credit was bad so that meant I had a high interest rate. I made my payments on time, and paid off early with around 7 grand left to pay. They promptly sent my title and also the refund for the gap coverage. At no time did I have to call and request. I appreciate the easy process.

    Is a negative five satisfaction an option? My car was totaled and the insurance paid it out; however, flagship did nothing to complete this process except charge me late fees. I had to personally handle calls between flagship and my insurance. I also didn't get any assistance with my claim, as all they keep saying is to wait another 30 days; so that, they can receive the check. The insurance has provided me with proof of payment and withdrawal, yet they keep claiming it was never received.

    I have made a payment ONE DAY late a time or two. Even tried to let them know. They refused to note it because of grace ******* then would place collection calls (money was already out of MY bank) telling my husband i was a liar and hadn't paid and next time telling me they were repoing vehicle. Horrible company with thug mentality

    Less than zero satisfaction. This company is the absolute worst of the worst. I moved my loan from them and once moved they decided to take it upon themselves to cancel my gap coverage and have the return funds sent to their company. I only found out 3 yrs later when I traded said vehicle in and went to cancel my supplemental options. Flagship then proceeded to tell me they wouldn't cancel coverages and that they didn't receive return funds. I proceeded to forward them a copy of the cashed check and now I'm still waiting to receive the over $800 refund I'm owed. I can't believe this company is so awful and legally working in the **.

My car was paid off 2 years and 2 months early and they filed a the report incorrectly and Ive been trying for more than (2) months to get this resolved. Ultimately This porches has exceeded 7 months and they are saying to wait another 30 days; so that, they can correct it with the credit bureau.
