  This is a very unprofessional company. I got my loan refinanced, shortly after my job shutdown due to the pandemic for almost a year. Needless to say a got months behind on payments. When returned back to work I started making weekly payment. During that time I would get calls daily trying to get me to make more payments. I would tell them I'm not able and that I can only make 1 payment a week. Then they wanted me to setup future payments and I did so but I didn't have the money to keep doing so since I was also trying to catch up on my rent and other bills so I kept making weekly payment and I kept getting calls day and night even after talking to someone. In the beginning I would answer each call and they would say they were calling as a reminder or to see if anything had changed they would literally call every hour and I'm not just saying this they would start at 8am until 8pm even on the weekend so I stopped taking the calls they would even call back to back there have been times when I have gotten 5 to 8 calls in a minute I mean really I couldn't believe it. This is after I have gotten to be only days behind and not months anymore.
  If I could choose again I would not go with this company.

  I wish I had the option to give zero stars. Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC is the worst company to deal with. They have ruined my credit score knowing they have received a $2500.00 check and I know they have because they cashed the check and I have the proof. They need to accountable for their lack of concern when it comes to people's accounts that should be closed out. They need to issue my refund because I was making payments after my car was totaled back in September 2021. It will be almost a year and I'm still dealing with the incompetence of a financial company. They need to be shut down never to be a financial company. It would save people a lot of past and future grief!

  BY FAIR THE WORSE COMPANY
  I have been dealing with this company for the last 2 years, or since COVID has hit and I have been sick twice from covid almost for a year this company has the rudest customer service, they lie and say they have been trying to reach you via a email and they have never called or email. They have no consideration for anyone going through a hard time. They will just start to harass and demanding also I reported to them about being sick and they quickly told the credit bureau I was behind in my payment I HATE THIS COMPANY DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GETTING IN A CONTRACT WITH THEM !!

  These people are shady and unethical. I called them because I would not be able to make my payment on time but could make it the following week. Instead of informing me that I have 10 days before late fees apply they moved my due date and now I am unable to pay do to my pay cycle with late fees.

  Predatory lending. If you don't make your payment by 9am the day its due they mark you as 30 days late, that same day by 9:15 after adding a late fee. They literally called my job and asked for me after i said i was at work and would call after i got off because i couldnt talk?? Crazy. Staff Is rude and unprofessional. All around a horrible company **DONT USE THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY**
  Trust me if flagship is the only one who approved you for a loan its better to not do it at all. Obviously you only use this dirty company when you credit is bad and they are the reason I fought so hard to bring mine back up.
  Would have gave 0 stars if I could have.
