    The worst car loan ever. Horrifying customer service. Scam artist. Do NOT go through this company.

    Unethical and dishonest to both employees and customers.
    They lie about pay for bonus scale all month and then tell you here's what you get the next month. This is over 2 years of seeing this.
    Customers are forced into repo as company selects who they want to give extensions for payments to. She this during covid and up to date
    I hope the bbb looks into this company. I jnow I quit over all this.

    This is the worst company I have dealt with. If I didn't need a vehicle I would tell them they can come get it. The harass you with calls back to back from different numbers. They will call after 9pm. If I could give them zero stars I would. They called me 20 times in one day for being 8 days past due. I wouldn't recommend then to anyone they are the WORST. Then on my credit report its showing 4 missed payment and I'm caught up. I spoke with someone in customer service and they told me I would need to submit a letter, I told them why would I need to do that and I was on the phone speaking with them. It make no sense they way they harass you.

    I agree that they should get 0 stars. My car is in my deceased husband's name but I went through the proper channels and was appointed executor. I have email and faxed this documentation SEVERAL TIMES and they keep losing it. Finally got the car paid off, they told me I might as well just turn the car back over to them because I can't do anything with it. I told the DMV what they said and they said they should NOT be allowed to operate in the state of Kentucky because apparently they don't even know the process and they don't know what a Kentucky lein release is. This is beyond absurd. Now they are saying they can't send it because they don't have his death certificate and executor papers on file, yet again. It's been one excuse after another. HORRID COMPANY. HORRID BUSINESS ETHICS.

    True to form, first impressions slathered with thick personable charm put me at ease enough to forego my due diligence and research the devil I was crawling into bed with... Flagship. Typical of every abusive relationship, the first three months were the honeymoon period. Confident that I made a solid choice, I didn't notice until four months later the pattern of advantage happening. The next two months confirmed my suspicion. Month four through ten all were processed from my Capital One checking account and subsequently returned for a $30 fee for each transaction, then immediately reprocessed with no issues whatsoever. I contacted my bank to look into the details and they told me that the payments were reversed and not returned. I pulled up my account details with Flagship and sure enough, each one says reversed instead of returned. So far it's only cost me $360 of fees. But at 72 months, I'm looking at an additional $2160 for a vehicle that I'm already paying too high of interest rate for. I'd just like to know what do they do with the additional two grand everyone gives them?

    Glynn W. I had been incarcerated for a lengthy time and my bills were being pd by my granny.. I checked my credit score and my ss# was being ran through there company a few times.. I need them to clean this issue up. I had multiple hard inquiries that I had not given authorization to do so. I was locked up from Nov. 29 2020 to Feb 1 2021.. Child support issues l had to pay.. I lost several pts on my credit score... Dam.. you guys should know your customers

    I applied for a car loan….. they did a hard inquiry for my credit 8 times in a matter of just a few hours!!!
    Wtf is wrong with you ppl.

    I'd ride a bike before I'd ever use that joke of a company again..fiancee passed away and they refused to take his name off which by law you're supposed to but they think they're above the law! Used many lenders but this place is far the worst I've ever experienced! Do not use no matter what your credit score is...run!!

    O stars I've paid my car and only owe 2000 they never called to say you need to pay off this amount or owe your car in full again they scam you into getting other debt to pay them off or they ruin your credit in the past they call to offer an extension but not when it comes to nearing the end of your debt they do not call to help except to bully you into paying full or ruin your hard work on your credit scammers worst customer service no consideration for its customers when they want their money they call to help but not in the end its to bad give us all of what's left we don't care we will ruin you not ever will I work with these scammers again these people where not raised with compassion only greed I'm sure that's their middle name greed
