      **** and his team handled most of the repairs we wanted done before moving into our home in 2023 (forgive the late review, moving, etc. is wildly time consuming and hectic). They added steps to a deck that shouldve already had steps, replaced deck boards, and repainted the deck in full. They also replaced a basement window, sealed a chimney, and painted a bedroom. Based on the timeframe when we took ownership to moving day, we needed timely and quality work done. The team made that happen.

      The owner and his team undertook extensive updates to our older home, including painting, flooring, lighting installation, wainscoting, oak treads on stairs, a trim package, fireplace updates, and various other tasks. Among all the contractors I met with the owner and he offered the best value and vision. They suggested improvements that truly maximized our investment.

      What stood out most was the attention to detail and his dedication to ensuring everything was done right. He communicated progress and his plans clearly every step of the way, and he was on-site daily, personally overseeing the work. His commitment to quality was evident in every aspect of the project.

      The team even went the extra mile by taking care of our dog during the day while we were at work. I’m excited to have them complete future projects in our home and will definitely be referring friends and family to his team.

      **** is a great guy! He and the team at Constructive Design are super knowledgeable. They prepped my house for rent in under 2 weeks. Everything from painting the entire house, repairing a leaking roof to cleaning and making it inspection ready. **** has worked on my house ever since I purchased it 4 years ago. Their prices are great and he also works with you on the cost as well as working on a payment plan. I couldn't have been happier with the guidance provided and how my house turned out. Really fair prices. I remain glad to have found constructive design and shall continue to work with them for any issues that arise as well as gamming up the place.

      A year later after my first review, my priorities for choosing contractors who work on my house have not changed and continue to be met by Constructive Design. Walt is honest, has excellent workmanship, and fair prices. He has worked on the house I bought in 2023, and we are remodeling bit-by-bit, as well as fixing deficits we encounter along the way in wiring and plumbing. As an update, I remain glad to have found Constructive Design.

      We wanted to update our foyer, upstairs hall and master bedroom. Constructive Design was recommended and we couldnt be happier with the result. **** stayed in communication, provided expert opinions and remained professional throughout the process. Our house definitely looks much more modern.

      I am really pleased with the service provided by Constructive Design. The work was high quality, communication was terrific with pictures and videos of the before, during and after so I was confident things were done properly, and **** even offered to take on a few additional pieces of work free of charge. I trust **** and the service he provides and will use him again for another home project.

      I hired Constructive Designs to fix a porch post and replace broken lattice on our deck. Im very pleased with the work that **** did. He was easy to work with and did exactly what we needed. I will definitely use him again for future home projects.
